I never write bad reviews, as I?ve worked in customer service for 12 years and understand the difficulties of serving jobs. I... typically rave about Fins in Bradley but tonight I had an inexcusable and undesirable experience. I went with my father (who hadstage 4 cancer and has difficulty walking), and the female behind the counter was so rude to him! She turned away while takingour order and had someone else complete the order for our family. This experience left my father feeling insulted, judged, andbullied. Beware of their ingredients. They hide the fact that they use dairy in the smoothies. When I asked them about it they said it... was my fault for not reading the fine print on the menu. Very rude. I wonder what other ingredients they are lying about ontheir menu. I also had a salad which was mediocre, definitely will not be going back to this place. Read more

Great spot! My friends and I ordered a bunch of tacos and wings, and they were all great. My favorite taco by far was the... coconut shrimp one, but the tuna is a good option, too. Each taco comes with chips, so you?ll likely have a huge stockpile ofchips after your visit. The chips are really good, as well. If you?re in the area, definitely make a stop here! Read more
They seem to offer favorite dishes from every famous beachy place around the world, on their menu. I ordered a poke bowl, and... even in the takeout container, it was beautiful. The bowl itself was edible. The only difference from a poke bowl in Hawaii isthat this one has no rice on the bottom, but it had enough other yummy ingredients! I?ve said it many many times. If you?re looking for great Mexican food, this is the place to go. Believe it or not it?s their... first location ever. Fins has always been my go to and it?s soooooo much better than Surf Taco and Bubbakoos combined. Ifsomeone has ever recommended this place to you, listen to them cause they?re not lying. Everything on the menu is amazing andworth it. If you are on their Aloha list you get 10% off your meal and that?s a score. Their burritos are amazing, I definitelyrecommend their Mexicali Blues. I will also say that their wings are amazing, try them you won?t regret it. And the smoothiesare great, I get the Peanut Butter Cup and it?s to die for. I?ve been to all of their locations and I?m a huge fan of theirfood. Please stop at this place. You get awesome staff, fast service and amazing food. It?s certainly worth it.
