Great food. Pizza was crispy maybe too crunchy? But sauce and cheese were right up my alley. Not too sweet just cheesy enough.... Mains were excellent. Not many vegetarian options. Service great. One star left off for salads. They may not mean much to mostbut I gotta have em. ;) Read more
First time visit and the food tasted so delicious. I wish they did more with their plating bc at first glance it doesn?t look... like anything super spectacular. The filet was cooked beautifully and I love blue cheese so this was a perfect pairing. Read more
Great dining experience. Had planned to dine in Asbury Park on a Friday evening but passed Pagaon's on the way and recalled how... great previous meals had been there. All the food was great, but the Branzino was by far the best. One of the best seafooddishes I've ever had. The franchese sampler (veal, chicken and flounder) was also very flavorful and filling. Best bar Menu Anywhere and longest available hours. No place offers as much as this. Huge bar menu, available 7 days a week... even in the summer. Fabulous, delicious, great local vibe too. I plan to eat my way through the whole bar menu. Every dish thatcame out looked great. We were checking out our neighbors choices and they were checking out ours. Wonderful bartenders, veryfriendly and attentive. My expresso martini was ice cold and delicious. My hunny had a bottle of wine and we sampled severalapps. Plan to come back Sunday, (Bar menu available all day!) Check it out, you will not be disappointed. Great crowd, verylocal and not rowdy 20 somethings. Read more
I absolutely love this place. The pasta dishes may be the best Italian pasta dishes I've ever had. The staff are energetic and... friendly. In the summer, they have a tiki bar out back with live music which is so much fun. And the drinks at the tiki bar areamazing. Read more
