Had an awesome experience at the elbow room for dinner! The atmosphere was great and I really enjoyed the live music! Table set... up was decent. During the dinner crowd, staffing seemed short, but it was clear they were stressed and doing their best. Thefood here was very good. We ordered the mac n cheese balls and garlic mozzarella bites for appetizers and tried the watermelonmojito. Apps were delicious and hot. Seemed the drinks were decent but differed in taste despite being the same drink. I wasvery confused how the ordering worked as we placed an order for apps and main courses at the start but was later informed thatthey would get the mains going? However, they came out quickly after that and were super fresh and hot. The short rib sandwichwas delicious and the quantity was definitely worth it for what you pay. The elbows and cheese were also really tasty. Theplace can get busy around dinner and space is limited so I recommend getting a reservation in advance. Reposting my 1-star review, as the owner didn't fully understand what I was referring to: "Happy Hour Domestic Pints... 3.00". Yuengling, brewed in Pennsylvania, and by no means a "craft beer" should be considered "Domestic"...even the bartendersaid that it was a Domestic beer. So imagine my surprise to be charged as "Premium". Bar tab not adjusted. Classic "Bait andSwitch". Hence, the 1-Star review and my first and last visit. The bartender should be aware of the prices. No excuse. Heshould've honored the price he quoted. And by the way....PLENTY of bars in NJ. are still doing Happy Hour. Just inform yourbartenders of what the correct price is (or what's included) during Happy Hour. This is a reasonable request. Read more
Cute little place to grab some excellent food after sun bathing on the beach. Highly recommend the fried garlic and cheese... balls. The stuffed pepper was also on point. Read more

The Elbow Room was very nice. It was the perfect temperature to sit outside under the tent. The mozzarella and ricotta cheese... appetizer was amazing and then I had chicken nachos also amazing. We have 5 people in our party and all the food came out hotand very tasty. The wait staff was great and very attentive. Kept our drinks full and got us whatever we needed. I wouldrecommend to everyone in the area to stop by for a great bite to eat!! Read more
Food was good, service too. Pleasant staff. Great music too. However, the music is ridiculously loud for a restaurant.... Honestly laughable. I asked if it could be turned down (not off) so patrons could converse, as one tends to do at restaurants. Iwas told no. I was told they get asked that often but.... no. I know you have evenings without music. That is not the point. Would love a reason why it couldn't be turned down but one was not offered. Just... no. Will I be returning? Probably.... no. Read more
