food was delicious! service was fast, and friendly! even my dogs loved the workers at the window!
Ok I'm not sure what up with his burger king but have it your way is no part of their philosophy obviously... They had... absolutely nothing we ordered and then once we finally got to the window and to pay she informed us that the frozen coke "juststarted defrosting" yet we paid for the frozen coke already. So instead we were stuck with another frozen red something....Which ihad asked her to put in small cup instead of the bigger cup because it was for a three year old.... Well she didn't andinstead handed me the clear cup and an empty small cup which defeated the purpose because once my grandson saw the bigger cup hewasn't going to take the small without a fight ...then I asked her for the brownie batter shake, clearly still on the drive thrumenu, but she said it's no longer available.... So I asked for two of the Hershey's chocolate instead. Well she gave me twoslices of pie instead. ( In her defense it was a Hershey's....???????????) I won't be back for a while! Read more
Best freaking Burger King Burger I have had in a long, long time. Unfortunately it took a long, long time for them to make it... and that was a little bit ridiculous. The fries were way too freaking salty and their ice machine wasn't working. They kept onserving the drive-thru before they would make any orders for the dine-in. They had six to seven drive-through orders come thruafter us but get served before us. Hum???, Maybe it was because it was our persuasion out in "BRADY" Texas that made them notwant to serve US... and the other family of the same persuasion that was there before us. Manager is all over the place tryingto do everything for everybody because nobody is wanting to do their work is specifically the girl with the long hair and thehead shaved on the side wouldn't even smile say hi or be courteous or friendly and this is freaking TEXAS... I was passing through Brady on 8/30/21 I ordered my food and it took forever it took about an hour before I got my food. The... manager at night her name tag said Emily did not offer any apology why the food was late to get to me. Personally I seen only2-3 people working drive through was long. Employees are rude and the manager even worse about time I got my food and left seenthe manager with ha few employ smoking in the back it smelled like weed but could not tell. The Service and staff are phenomenal. The tea had a strange taste and myself and my husband didn't drink. The food was served... hot; the fries could have been cooked a little more. We didn't finish those either. Great tasting burger. Read more
