Waited 15 minutes for curbside order while at least a dozen cars sailed through drive thru. Went inside to get my food. I saw an... employee questioning the contents of a to go bag at the counter. I asked if it was my order number, and he said yes and handedit to me. I had a suspicion something was wrong and it was. Missing hashbrowns and given a cold mcmuffin instead. I order fries and asked for ranch the employe on front was nice and told me she doesn?t know l. Then the manager walk up to me... and said what seem to be problem but with the rudest voice ever. The manager was even rude to my kids. And I just wanted fries.Don?t know what?s her problem maybe she?s just mad because she has to clean the floors. Read more
I was taken aback by a young lady of about 25 years at the pickup window. She looked to be of native decent with beautiful... olive/brown skin. She had a pert little nose and big brown eyes. The most striking thing about her was her dark hair croppedvery close to her head. She had the kind of rare beauty that had to be acknowledged so, I said "I like your hair". She lookedup into my eyes and said with genuine sincerity, "Thank you." fEven more impressive was her gaze after she said it...it lasted a3 count. The encounter made an indelible mark on my soul. Food is to be expected from a franchise. However the Men?s bathroom was a disappointment - not sure if there was a toilet... blockage or leak but it sure was aromatic on a very negative way! Women?s toilet is clean according to the wife. This reviewwas for July 25, 2022 visit. Read more
They were a bit late getting the food out to me. Going through the drive thru...the clerk had not informed me that it takes... awhile to prepare the chicken sandwich my wife ordered. Was driving through from El Paso to Burnet, so I may have been a bittired and cranky with them also. Read more
