The Buffet was great, so glad to see a Pizza Hut still doing it
Unfortunately, this is an ongoing occurrence in one form or another. Really, just give me what I ordered. I don't know if I got... someone else's pizza, but when I got home it was not the crust type that I ordered and there was no cheese on the pizza at all. I have always liked Pizza Hut's pizza over all others, but this branch has about a 50% rate of screwing up my order somehow. Unfortunately, being that I live in the country over 10 miles away, it makes no sense whatsoever to take it back to the store. What usually happens is I avoid going back for 6 months or so and give it another shot. Like most of the fast food places inBrady, this Pizza Hut seems to have adopted the "what else are you going to do" kind of attitude towards actually caring aboutcustomers. We are so thankful for this location! We fed our entire team tonight with ease because of their help. They were prompt to take... our orders, prepare our food, and bring out hot, delicious pizza. The kids loved the food and we loved the help and speedinessof the staff! ?????????? Read more
Left a complaint about my order and was then threatened with physical violence by their manager Beatrice Martinez from their... Brady Texas store! I then contacted their corporate to leave a complaint and she is now trying to press a no trespassing orderon me because I wasn?t intimidated by her threats! So make sure if you complain you do it directly to Danny the owner otherwiseyou will be physically attacked by Beatrice and her family! Read more

I don?t feel that even this one star is deserved. I placed my order for delivery at 6:03pm this evening. Almost 2 hours later I... contact the store to see where my order was and was told the driver was heading out right that second with it. 35 minutes laterwe get our order but were missing the sauces so the driver went back for them. I called the store when he left to ensure theright amount would be delivered. It is now 8:40pm and I just got my sauces. If that wasn?t bad enough my roommate ordered a 18piece wings and only received 12, she called the store and they said the delivery driver will bring the rest to her andapologized. It was an hour later when she received the rest of her wings and was told the driver forgot them in his backseat. Ontop of all this when the driver delivered my incomplete order he asked my wife if he can have one of her cigarettes. This is the3rd time this year we?ve had issues with this Pizza Hut and as far as we?re concerned we will no longer be customers here. Read more
