I went through the drive thru at noon. I ordered and had no wait to get to the window. My order was ready when the cashier took... my card for payment. It took me ten minutes to get home only to find that the chicken strips were soggy and barely warm. My fouryear old wouldn't even eat them. My burger wasn't even cooked on both sides. I called and spoke to one of the female managers.I told her what happened and said all their food is put out fresh. I told her there was no way it was made fresh when it wasready when I paid. She told me they have a timer, so it was fresh, and didnt even acknowledge my concerns. She said, "I'm inthe middle of a lunch rush right now so what do you want? Do you want a coupon or what?" I told her I was calling to inform herthat I was not happy with the food quality. She again said, "I'm in the middle of a lunch rush and all our food is going outfresh. What do you want from me?" She said, "I can offer you a coupon or something, I'm too busy to be on the phone." Instead ofbeing rude back, I told her a coupon is not necessary, I won't be coming back.
