I went through the drive thru at noon. I ordered and had no wait to get to the window. My order was ready when the cashier took... my card for payment. It took me ten minutes to get home only to find that the chicken strips were soggy and barely warm. My fouryear old wouldn't even eat them. My burger wasn't even cooked on both sides. I called and spoke to one of the female managers.I told her what happened and said all their food is put out fresh. I told her there was no way it was made fresh when it wasready when I paid. She told me they have a timer, so it was fresh, and didnt even acknowledge my concerns. She said, "I'm inthe middle of a lunch rush right now so what do you want? Do you want a coupon or what?" I told her I was calling to inform herthat I was not happy with the food quality. She again said, "I'm in the middle of a lunch rush and all our food is going outfresh. What do you want from me?" She said, "I can offer you a coupon or something, I'm too busy to be on the phone." Instead ofbeing rude back, I told her a coupon is not necessary, I won't be coming back. I did the drive thru and ordered a chicken sandwich and fries. I had to pull to the side and wait for my order. It didn't take... long. I received a fresh hot crispy, filet of chicken breast sandwich. It actually looked like the photo on the menu board.Delicious. I will return. Read more
Came in with a truck that was dirty and had some mud. No was not off roading. Made a trip from Minnesota to Denver to visit... family. Paid $25 for a wash. Pulled out after and stopped for gas. Looked at the mudflaps and they were covered in mud. Looked at the lower area of the truck and saw that there was still mud splashes. Went back and the two individuals workingthere almost seemed to be expecting me. They offered another wash. Entered the wash and they proceeded to brush the windshieldand hood. I opened the window and told them that I was mostly concerned with the wheel wells and lower side of the truck. Uponexiting the wash for the second time I found the mudflaps and wheel wells still full of mud. I get better results from a $10gas station wash . Very disappointing. Would not suggest dropping your money here. It's too bad. The rest of the trucklooked pretty good. Read more
Staff was friendly, but food was marginal at best. One of the chicken sandwiches was undercooked and rubbery. No lobby service... available. Everyone had to use the drive-through. Couldn't place an order at the drive-through though because it's not working. Won't be back to this location for a while. Read more
