Kiosks instead of cashiers.... then I went to ask a question (as I placed the order wrong) and a manager sternly told me they... can't do anything and I need to talk to the one cashier. Not staff fault, management.... But I will not be going back to a placethat is almost completely automated, then the humans can't even be tasked with a question. Sad. Read more

Ordered a Big Mac w/ no cheese. It had cheese on it. They told me to pull forward, and I waited 20min but they gave me the wrong... order. So I went inside and waited another 10 min. I have a bad spine and thats the whole reason why I go through drive. Kindasucked Read more

Very disappointed. Tried to log into app at 9:30 AM. Unable to get in. Came back for lunch at 11AM. Still unable to get into... app. Tried on 3 different phones, nothing. Ordered food at the kiosk and mentioned to Manager that app was not available. Hesaid he would look into it. I assume it was a brush off because he just took his same spot behind counter. Read more
went here for a simple kids meal and when i opened my box i had a nice suprise waiting for me. my ranch , was cut and spilt all... over the place leaving me with a huge mess. i am unbelievably mad. clearly this was on purpose and for what ? also my friendsfries were tipped upside down , which is so aggravating and not appropriate. i have never had this kind of experience in myentire life. i will be visiting mcdonald?s again, but it will NOT be this location. feeling: angry ???? Food is always pretty good and neatly prepared. Service is fast. And the staff is friendly.
