I am in love with the chicken teriyaki. But the last few times I ordered it, they will not put the onions that I say I want on... it and they're being VERY stingy with the teriyaki sauce to the point I have to ask for some after it's made. Despicable service from disgusting cashier guy that was on the Friday shift (11.12) around 6:30PM. NAME: OTTO GALVEZ. He missed... a portion of the order and was unprofessional/dismissive about it when confronted. I was so proud of myself for not making ascene because this dunghole was really asking to be ripped a new one. Got the refund from the apologetic manager and was offered(multiple times) to still keep the food that was made. Rejected and left EVERYTHING and still will never go again... Read more
I made the order online. They allow you to choose what ingredients should be added or removed. When I picked up the order and... checked it at home everything was in mess. Where I asked to not add mayo it was added, where I asked to not add onion - it wasadded. I ordered 2 sauces - they were not there. It was something wrong with every cheesesteak I ordered. I'm giving it 1 star because in order to comment u have to rate it. Clearly says opens at 10 it's 10:15 and I go up to the... counter and the Asian girl with glasses rudely says where not open and I say well it says u open at 10 and she didn't sayanything and walked away. I've tried a few different subs here: the breakfast sandwich, steak and cheese, chicken club and chicken teriyaki. The... breakfast sandwich is a good value because they use fresh eggs and its' only like $3. So if you are going to get a cofee atdunkin donuts then I would get your breakfast sandwich right next store at charlies. But the steak and cheese is pretty good. My favorite is the chicken teriyaki...the sauce they use is awesome. Charlies also has some good fresh lemonades.
