This branch is hit and miss. Their service is pretty quick, but it's not precise. I use On-The-Go ordering, and often times... items are missing, or not as I asked. The drive thru employees vary as well. I had one have a 5 minute conversation with acustomer, while another customer was upset behind me, and then the employee asked if I agreed that the driver was overreacting. Read more
I really like this dunkin. i have been having really bad experiences with other dunkins lately, even the one i used to work at.... but this one is great, they always make my coffee right and and listen carefully and repeat my order back. very friendly andhard working staff, thanks for all that you do! Very clean& spacious. Blond worker Molly always is pleasant & nice. Supervisor another day; when Molly was NOt there ;did... not know how to find my account # on the app. The scanner wasnt working when I tried to pay so the blue shirt supervisor, wasntvery nice. It was okay on my last visit. You really need to check your bag before you leave and taste your coffee. They are human and make... mistakes when they get really really busy. They are human. Think they need more help and better training. Read more
The donuts, coffee, and breakfast sandwich were excellent! The staff were very accommodating when we realized my son ordered the... wrong donuts and I appreciate their swiftness to give him new donuts even though it was our fault. From the customers there, itfelt like a local neighborhood favorite for getting together with friends in the morning. We were just passing through. Read more
This is the third time and another place now, that they mess up my order. I ordered for veggie sandwich and they give me turkey... sausage in it, should have checked but didn't think orders are messed up in almost all Dunkin Donuts. I could have excused if itwas only once, seems like other 1 star ratings are similar mess-ups as well. Read more
I got served the wrong order twice this week. I ordered for two iced caramel macchiato with whole milk and got served two... regular cream and sugar iced coffees. I didnt realize till i took a sip after driving out and on my way to work. Didn?t thinkits worth driving back. However i couldn?t reach them through their phone number after several attempts. I will try again to seeif i can get my money back or get two macchiatos right the next time and then provide an update. Read more
Tried to get coffee at 6.50 pm today. Both doors were closed. I knocked in the door. Zero reaction. I noticed there was a car at... drive through and decided to order from there. As soon as the car left, the employee turned around and didn?t pay attention tome. When the window opened, I asked if the location is already closed. Both employees heard me, but didn?t pay any attention anddidn?t bother to answer. I stood there for a few more minutes and left with no purchase. Unacceptable. Read more
