Had the best experience here this morning. Grabbed a bag with my On the Go order and instead of having my wrap in it, there was... a Boston Cream Donut! I was bummed so I went back about an hour later to tell them what happened. They couldn't have beennicer about it and made me a fresh wrap. Love the people there. Read more

America really does run on Dunkin. They should put a running track on the roof just for the joke. This location's employees... are always super friendly, joking aside! I love coming here, as I always leave happy and satisfied, and they actually seem totake their time and make the drinks properly rather than rushing them out and being sloppy about it. I just went to this dunks on my lunch break i ordered 3 things, got charged for 3 things, and only got 2 out the 3 thing's i... ordered. I didnt check to make sure everything was accounted for, and frankly I shouldn't have to. I dont have the time to goback and get my 3rd item so i guess im getting ripped off by dunkin Donuts today, not the first time either. Thank you dunkinsfor taking my money. everytime i go there the manager never makes my coffe the right way. i always ask for an iced coffee with extra caramel and when... she makes it there is none in my coffee. and wen i ask if can get"more" i get an attitude. i dont feel welcomed there by her. ilove all the other employees there, they always make it perfect.
