Ok service place seems empty. Not many specials going on for the prices they charge could you use a frendly waitress thier .
Just an ok good experience. IHOP is usually very consistent, no matter where you go. Toast was cold and meal was uninspiring.... Customer service was adequate but not up to Normal IHOP standards. Read more
The food absolutely sucks, which should be expected at literally any IHOP in the country but it's cheap and quick so this review... isn't about the food. I went in during lunchtime and it was fairly busy. I quickly noticed that there were 2 servers literallycovering the entire restaurant. They were seating people, answering the phone, and doing a hell of a good job attending to theirtables despite the workload. I asked my server if it was just the two of them doing everything out front and she said, ourmanager is also here. Funny thing is, the manager was nowhere in sight for the whole time I was there and I really hope theywere helping out in the back of the house. Anyway, I was seated quickly, had my iced coffee in front of me within minutes, hadmy order taken immediately and my food was dropped hot off the grill. I don't know if the entire waitstaff of this IHOP arerockstars but the two ladies working when I went in certainly are. Honestly, I'll be back just for the service alone. Read more

Great staff! My son loves their accomodation. For someone dining in with a toddler, the staff were friendly and gave us our... preferred table even though it looked like the area was still closed, the server did not mind at all! Read more

Wanted to eat at a brand new IHOP????. Had my usual build your own omelette with buttermilk pancakes. Tasted as I have come to... expect. The location was clean. The decor did seem different to me. It was nice but seemed low in quality compared to otherIHOP's. Will definitely go back since I enjoy the "newness" of this location. I anticipate that on the weekends this locationwill be very busy since it's located in a shopping center. Burlington Coat Factory is in this shopping center. Read more
Arrived at the store at 7:10am and it was closed. They are supposed to open at 7:00am. One employee was responsibly waiting in... the parking until they guy that had the key arrived. The guy with the key arrived, and no apology was presented. Went in, andthen they told me to wait outside until they setup. Maybe a Manager or somebody needs to look into this and see if it's apattern. Read more
