This place has a new and rude manager with a poor attitude. The first time I saw her a few days ago she spoke to an employee in... the back very rudely and in an insulting and belittling way. The place had a good amount of customers and everyone witnessedit. Then another employee was also bullying and belittling to a new employee at the register in front of all customers and themanager and she allowed it completely since she said nothing. Second time I saw her on another occasion she heard me and turnedaround and gave me a rude stare then immediately turned and whispered something to an employee she was next to and the employeeimmediately looked at me. She's a fat older Caucasian woman, you could say a typical "karen". Read more
I ordered food for my family, it was ready on time, the staff was very pleasant and happy when i went in to pick it up. My... children love the staff there. They?re always so nice and welcoming, I?ve gone here for a long time now and the staff that?semployed now is by far the best crew I?ve interacted with. Keep up the great work Braintree Papa Ginos! Would actually give this location Zero stars if possible. Honestly. First off, the manager woman is an absolute walking/talking... ball of misery. Is rude to guests, and awful to the employees. Very verbally abusive, and in front of guests. Second, theevening worker, (younger asian girl) short boy hair cut, is completely Oblivious!!!! ??????????? Zero personality, no peopleskills. Just an awful experience every time. If my kids didn?t care for papa Gino?s, you would NEVER catch me in this place!Good luck. Read more
The pizza wasn't bad, but for the price I was at least expecting the toppings I added (garlic, tomatoes and ricotta cheese). I... received a very small cold cheese pizza that I paid $22 minus the delivery, tip, etc. It was good and it was nice not to haveany clean up, but for the price I'll stick to making my own. Delicious salad and pepperoni pizza today! The managers Cathy and Jackie were super friendly.
Observed mgr. Jackie, working with her crew. Took a phone call from what appeared to be an unhappy customer. She handled said... person with patience and professionalism in what turned into a lenghty rant by the customer. Nice to see a leader showing goodmanagerial skills to her young crew. Well done!
