This was the worst food ever. My food was swimming in a pool of black bean juice, the chicken was diced so small that I barely... saw it and the 3 cheese queso looked like a pile of rubbery snots. Come on now, is this how you serve your customers? Eitherthe servers need to be properly trained or the manager needs to be trained. Read more

giving two stars because the food was amazing but about seven hours later I woke up at 4 AM to horrible stomach pain, nausea,... and bloating. I had horrible diarrhea, threw up about four times, and couldn?t keep any food down. I had food poisoning. I knowit was from the burrito bowl I ate here because that was the only thing I was throwing up and i hadn?t eaten since breakfast(had the same breakfast i?ve been having for days). I don?t know if it was from the meat, from unrefrigerated rice, or moldygreens, but it was horrible nonetheless. Read more

I would give it a 0 star for the service. I bought 3 bowls and told them they all have the same stuff in all of them and still... messed up every single bowl. He did not put what I wanted and then in return when I told them he gave me an attitude. I believehe was also the manager of this location. Came home and opened my bowl and he did not add half of the ingredients. I will neverbe returning to this location. I would rather drive 10 miles extra to go to a better location. Ordering my food was easy, and even taste good! as i was ordering a marker near the Queso was accidentally hit and fell in. Now... I now it wasn?t on purpose but she just fished it out and served out of it as if it wasn?t an issue.. I felt like the Quesoshould have been replaced immediately. On top of that, I just saw a review about how the filter for the soda machine hasn?tbeen changed since the start of the pandemic? that?s just not right.. They also are cheap on the portioning when it comes togetting a bowl. Don?t really understand why people in charge can actively avoid things like this when it takes seconds tocorrect these simple things. Read more

A friend of mine purchased a meal for me online. When I called in to confirm that I was picking up the order and confirmed what... the order was the manager first said they did not see the order pop up under my name. Even though in the email confirmation itclearly says my name. So then when I bought up the name of the person who ordered the food for me the manager Saulo told me thatthe order was there. When I found out it was a rice bowl instead of the 3 crunchy tacos I ordered, I asked the manager if hecould make me what I originally ordered which was 3 tacos I even showed him the text message of ingredients I sent my friend toorder, I also told the manager that what my friend clicked was wrong on the Qdoba website. He should?ve clicked tacos and notbowl. The manager told me no. He offered me 3 tacos on the side instead of having the order remade. I told him I would take the3 empty shells on the side that he offered but it wouldn?t taste the same. He proceeded to tell me that it?s the same thing. Notevery one has the same taste buds you cannot tell someone what something tastes like when it comes to their taste buds. It isnot the same. The layering of the ingredients would be different because I would have to scoop the food out of the bowl to putit in the taco there for dismembering the layers of ingredients, any chef or cook would tell you that when creating anexperience for someone they are cooking for. That?s exactly what I did not receive the experience. Saulo did put the tacos onthe side which I was thankful for but as a manager did not provide the experience/customer service for me to enjoy the food as acustomer should. I am highly disappointed in his lack of care. He was not required by any means to remake the order for me butthat?s when you have the opportunity as a manager to provide good customer service. This really does explain the ratings I seethis location gets. Read more

The food is absolutely delicious here. We ordered mini ones but it was enough! We had the steak and the chicken with white rice,... both delicious. It was clean and the staff were friendly. The mini bowls are about $6 with tax. Read more
