The worst Red Robin experience that we've ever had. It took a few minutes to get noticed standing at the front and another... eight before we even had our waitress come by to take our order. My food was messed up, I had asked for a lettuce wrap butreceived a sesame seed bun and no lettuce at all, I got about ten sweet potato fries which were shriveled up and cold and hadcinnamon and sugar on them instead of salt, I had ordered an additional side of broccoli which I had to remind the waitress ofbecause they still hadn't arrived even after we finished our burgers. My husband's burger patty was half the size that itshould've been and got, no joke, a piece of bacon the size of a quarter. He also got only a couple of cold fries. The water weorder never showed up our entire visit. Our waitress was rude and dismissive and mostly absent. Other people surrounding usalso got their orders incorrect. My mom and I have been to this location before, but the last time we visited, it took a while for us to be seated (mind you, the... place was not packed). Food was fine, but the customer service was off. So some time passes and we decide to try them again.This time when we get there, we were seated a little sooner, but it still took a a while as we had to look for a host/hostess tohelp. Once our waitress gets to us, she takes our drink and food order all at once. Long wait time for the drinks, but onceanother young girl is almost at our table with them, she completely spills ALL OF THEM ON US. We both got a water and astrawberry lemondae (each). So she spilled all 4 drinks on us, which not only got us drenched, but also resulted in ruining mymoms purse and contents inside. The girl is apologetic when we go to the funky bathroom to dry off, also informing us that itwas her first day on the job... In all, we were not comfortable staying there even longer since we were soaked (and now naseuousfrom the bathroom odor). On our way out, a 3rd woman who must've been the manager had THE POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE in the way inwhich she asked us if we were leaving. She looked at us with an attitude like we were crazy before asking if we wanted to takethe food with us...no type of gesture or apology being offered whatsoever. Read more

I wish I had the options to give this place 0 stars. A friend and I went there yesterday and we waited not even 10 minutes to be... seated which was great. We were able to order somewhat quick but drinks took forever to come, food as well. Both our meals andappetizers were cold and undercooked, never received any drink refills we asked for, our waitress checked on every single tablebut ours even though she saw us trying to wave her down multiple times, also had the audacity to roll her eyes when we left andnot say one word to us. Do yourself a favor and never eat at this Red Robin, we wish we waited the 45 minutes it would havetaken to eat at the Cheesecake Factory. Read more

Brought my family to Red Robin in the South Shore Plaza for dinner on a Wed night. The hostess seated up right away and told us... that our server would be over in a minute. We had a look at the menu waiting for the server. The only other people in the roomwas a couple in one booth next to us and a single child in another. We waited about 5 min and didn't see anyone. Then theserver came into the room and started to clean the other tables. She then brought the other table something, and then proceededto clean the tables again. She went over to the child sitting by himself and spoke to him then proceeded to clean moretables. We were really starting to wonder what was going on as she was totally ignoring us. She kept cleaning the tablescollecting dishes and glasses. She then went over to the child again spoke to with him and then again, proceeded to clean thetables, walking right by us with not even a word. This whole episode went on for about 5 minutes so we were there for a totalof 10 minutes without even a "I'll be there in just a moment". I told my wife and family we're leaving as I was really shockedat the lack of service in every way possible. This is something I've probably only done one other time in my life, just walk outbefore getting served. I still don't know why we were ignored the way we were. Please explain how a burger named bacon guacamole has neither one of the ingredients in the damned title on the burger when I... got home!!! The staff is incompetent. The dine-in experience was poor as well. The host or whoever he was just dropped thenapkins and menu on the table without saying a word. The big tavern came out without the pickles I requested and burnt, driedout and hard sweet potato fries in the basket. The waitress had to have known the fries were a mess but brought them out to meanyways. My friend?s burger came out with 4 fries in the basket. We both had to request new fries. I requested a refill on mylemonade, the waitress brought out my drink in a glass that had dirt all over the glass with her fingerprint on it. I don?trecommend this location at all. Great burgers! I stopped in for lunch, where I was quickly seated by the host, and greeted by a fantastic server. The food was... hot and delicious. The service was quick and friendly. I felt like every employee was working to make sure that I had a pleasantexperience. I was even greeted by the manager, Natasha, she went out of her way to make sure I had a great meal, and Iappreciate it. Give this location a chance. You won?t regret it. Read more

Pretty typical fast casual place. Cocktails were surprisingly tasty, and the food was filling, but not blow your socks off good.
