Went there over the weekend and I was with my mother and my aunt and ordered chicken parm with all sauce on the side and ordered... with tomato sauce. The order comes to the table covered it sauce and I said to the waitress that I had ordered it on the sideand was asked if I could just eat it that way. When I confirmed it was tomato sauce she proceeded to tell me that I orderedMarinara sauce and when my aunt stated that I very clearly said tomato. When the food finally came back to the table she nevercame back to the table she was sitting down near the hostess stand I had to flag her down to get her to come over. I have neverhad a waitress try to get me to eat something I didn’t order and then never check on the table. The only time she did was the3 times in 5 minutes to see if I wanted wine again but never came over after the food was brought to the table Read more

Chateau is a fast food version, a bit up scaled from the Olive Garden. Average food, but nothing to get excited about, go to for... a special night out, or wait to be seated. Prices are WAY overpriced for the quality, portions or atmosphere charged. As alast alternative for Italian dining, maybe. My opinion is Italian fine dining can be found elsewhere for same $$$, perhaps afew dollars more for an authentic Italian atmosphere. BIG NO NO is ordering a steak! Not the place to be doing so. As towaitstaff, over the times visited, immature and inexperienced wait staff, most especially when eating at the bar. Real turn offas one can immediately pick up on who the ‘regulars’ are, leaving others to wait as they chat away. For these reasons, I ambeing generous in rating the Chateau a three star restaurant. 3 STARS: Overall experience 5 STARS: Service (Jenn the waitress is the major contributor) 1 STAR: Food I was looking forward to... going to the restaurant but it was a major let down. Food lacked any seasoning and freshness. I initially ordered the new menuitem the Baked Stuffed Haddock, which was very underwhelming. Luckily Jenn the waitress tried to rectify the situation and Ilater had the Fish & Chips. Read more

My family and I came here after our grandmothers funeral. It took them a while to take our orders. I ordered the chicken penne... broccoli Alfredo and this is what I got. I’ve never seen any kind of pasta sit in a liquid like this. No one in my family washappy when they ordered this. It basically tasted like garlic water. I paid $15 for one glass of wine and received food likethis. I’ll never be back and I think my family members can say the same. Read more

Before I start this I just need to say, the one star I feel is me being extremely generous. The meatball tasted like it came out... of a spegetti Os can. The pizza all the toppings were slid to one side and the other side nothing was on. The 20 dollar chickenparm was extremely small. The sauce had almost no meat in it. It’s sad that the only thing that was half decent was the salad. No bread thrown in. I mean after you spend 70$ on dinner why should you expect a slice or two of bread. Will never waste mytime, my money or my Friday night ordering here ever again Read more
