This location is now the closest Tropical Smoothie to our home, and we're happy! Employees here are super friendly and happy to... help, and food and smoothies always come out on point. On my way back from a visit in Chantilly, I wanted to pick up my daily smoothie from Tropical Smoothie and wanted to find a... location close by on my return to Ashburn. Fortunately a new location popped up in the Brambleton area and I quickly orderedonline and then followed directions to the location. Clearly a new location as the small strip mall was seeking new occupants.Behind a CVS and a new build location for houses and commercial. My drink was ready and they were fully staffed in a very cleanlocation with plenty of seating inside. Now I have this location to visit as I travel to the area once every week. Read more

I used to be a big fan of Tropical Smoothie, until I downloaded their app and tried to resolve an issue through this location.... This location and the company was consistently non responsive and showed no concern for the questions and issues their customerswere experiencing.
