My food wasn?t properly put together, my wrap came to me unfolded. Not to mention the bathrooms here are TERRIBLE. No toilet... paper, one toilet broken and the other completely dirty?gas station bathrooms are in better condition than this. Ordered on A&W app for first time. What a disappointment. I ordered to pick up at drive thru and when I get to speaker they tell... me I have to come in to pick it up. I Go in and Still have to wait. This is the appreciation post for the A&W staff Ms Jolly. I must say she is doing her duty really well and the way she is... greeting & treating her customers is superb. We went there for the first time last week and i think will visit again to eatyummy burgers and to take the same hospitality from Ms Jolly. Read more
Interesting experience! Ordered an Uncle Burger combo; . The cashier insisted that she has to charge me extra for the cheese and... bacon. I told her that the cheese and bacon is what makes the uncle burger an uncle burger! The only upgrade was sweet potatoFries but the Bill came to $19 and change. No receipt was given either. I ordered 2 combos from this outlet and i really want to say you guys are not selling food but garbage in exchange of money the... sandwich wasn't freshly made the tomatoes inside stinks and the patty was also worst i am a cook too so i know very well whatkind or ignorance you guys are giving ..your food is in the garbage bin outside my house come and collect it from the garbageand give it to the one who prepared it, such a waste of money. This was my first time going to an A&W and trying Poutine. The food was good but the service was not.
I ordered Uber Eats after a long day of work around 2:30am. Big mistake. I paid over $40 for 2 combos (before delivery and tip),... the delivery took forever and the food was disappointing. The ice tea was yellow in colour because it was so watered down. Andwe were missing chipotle mayo for both of our sweet potato fries. The order first said 3:25am latest delivery, but got pushedto 3:45. The delay was completely because of the restaurant, as I saw the delivery driver waiting to pick up the food at 3:25.For reference, it's only a 7 minute drive from A&W to my house. If the order takes this long, I thought the food would begood. In the past, when I ordered in the drive thru I have to wait for 15min in the parking lot. Read more
They made us pull out and wait for 5-10 mins which is fine if the food was cooked all the way.. they gave out 2 half frozen... sweet potato's fries and 2 soggy burgers and servos had an attitude and no manners ???? Read more
