This unit is exemplary both in food, customer service and interiors decoration and ambience from other outlets. Ordered varied... South Indian items and each were upto the mark. The decorative pieces and interiors display is fabulous. A small input on theirAnnnalaxmi thali. Though mix and items are enough , the subji/ vegetables are spoonful! Great place and good options for South Indian food. The service was also pretty nice and quick. Only the Rava Kesari was old and... rock hard but the staff was sweet to replace it with something else for no added cost. Really appreciate that. The customer service was really nice. Kudos to Meghavi for that. However I was disappointed by the taste of the dosa and also... the amount of sambar. I was looking for something spicy so I ordered Madras Masala dosa. The dosa was spicy but had no flavour.Maybe they need to make changes to their recipe for dosa batter. Read more
I just picked VIP tiffin from gore road location.The pongal was stale and stinking bad,upon calling the location the person... told me it wss fresh whenb it wasnt and asked me to come back to pick pongal again which i did not feel comfortable with. Mymother ate the rest of the food and was throwing up after i am very very upset with the service and the stale food and will notrecommend your location to anyone and will definitely not go to this location or recommend to anyone, the receptionistquestioned me and asked me to send a pic and asking me to come to pick another pongal portion by driving in or she can't doanything. It made my mother very uncomfortable all evening. Do not recommend this location. I dont usually leave bad review butit made my family feel sick and uncomfortable all night. Read more
Attached pictures expressed in a better way that how did we feel when we found a big black color wasp in our sambar gravy.... Management including owner didn't have any answer for this issue. Please do let me know how to report it to the food authorityin Brampton. We are paying high taxes and prices not to serve such contaminated food. Strict actions should be taken against it.Thankfully, I am still alive after eating this dish but my other friend who consumed this food got stomach ache and vomiting. Read more
