I came her buy ice-cream, I decided to buy the waffle also. Then I got to car and the waffle & ice-cream fell down, I went back... in and I told the lady my ice-cream fell with a smile on my face...lol and was event asking her if they have a big cup cause thecup was too small to carry the waffle and ofcourse I had the intention to pay. Then th other lady said No, No we can't give youfor free that it fell outside their store not in, with a very rude and agressive tone. Then I told her, I came back to buy a newone not for you to give me for free...how much is $10 lol. Then I got my mad and left. Rude Cashier! Does not know how to treat customers. I went there to get some of the pre packs which are kept in the freezers. As... soon as i opened the freezer to grab the packs, instead of dealing with the customer she had already at the register, shestopped and started asking me to close the freezer. I mean how do you want me to grab the packs without opening the freezer miss? Took me less then 10 seconds to open the freezer and grab those packs but yet she had to complain! Great ice cream. However, not great service at all, the girl was very rude and told me off by asking how many people do you want... to help you. Went in with a friend and told them we are not paying together and made it clear that we are ordering separate. Theemployees had no coordination and two different girls were taking order, third one making the order and fourth one takingpayment. The girl then who took my order and then went off on me. I asked her for her name or manager, she didn?t give me hername and no manager on site. Worst service ever. She was a taller girl with glasses. While visiting Brampton from west coast my host took me to this location of BR, my Al time favourite ice cream. Fist time, in my... life the server on the instructions of her supervisor lady, asked to pay as soon as I get the cup while other server was stillserving rest of the group. My host told the manager that he will pay once every body I served with their choice of ice cream andshe refused and kept the filled cups behind the counter. Also the scopes were lot smaller then the one we get in Vancouver,London or any other city of the world. Taste was as good as we expected though. Read more

Worst experience ever this evening with their employees. I have video of how rude the employee treated me and my girls. I asked... to get cones on the side because I don?t want my girls eating ice cream in our new vehicle. She?s trying to charge me .50 foreach cone x6. Ridiculous! I?ve never been charged just to have it in the cup so that my car ride home is mess free!!!! At thatpoint when she started arguing with me infront of everyone I just wanted to pay and get out as I felt so disrespected and shewas calling me names. I hope Dimple will be fired for the way she treats customers. Had I not been a regular customer thatcomes EVERY WEEK, I wouldn?t have been so upset but being a regular, and also having to work at BR in my younger years for 5years +.
