Worst experience. I ordered samosas from here in person. First the samosas were very cold when I asked they are cold they said... they will get it right and then they give these full of oil samosas. NOT GOOD AT ALL. Not worth of the price. We ordered veg navratna korma, malai kofta and shahi paneer, all three dishes had the... same gravy just different vegetables that too no taste. The gravy was so watery and tasteless. The paneer was not even cooked.It was just raw! Veg biryani was not good as well. Very very disappointing taste. Would not recommend it to anyone! First time visiting Indian resturant. As a Pakistani Canadians, I was amazed with the outstanding service we received. To be... very honest, I've never received such services even in places like Moxies or Keg Steakhouse. And Hygeine? Even better then myhome kitchen ????. The server was such a nice, sweet and pretty lady and kept visiting our table from time to time. I forgot toask them to add yogurt to my snack and she gave me a free complimentry one instead. Visited this restaurant as a last resort on a late night when visiting Toronto. Half the restaurant was empty but the front... staff asked us to wait for 30min. Anyway got the table in 10min, the food was okay. The falooda had strings of vermicelli thatwas 90% uncooked!!!! Golgappa was mediocre, the Chana batura was the only dish we liked. The best Indian Food I ever tried in entire Canada. I have tried so many Indian Restaurants but the Brar?s is my favourite and... the best experience and hospitality. It is very clean and very well maintained and managed. The two stars are for the good service and desserts that definitely didn't disappoint. We ordered bhelpuri, however, the bhel... was anything but what one would expect - a crunchy snack full of tangy and spicy flavours mixed with some onions and tomatoes.Instead, it tasted and looked pretty unappetizing and lacked the flavours of a typical bhel puri. We helped ourselves to a fewbites initially while we waited for the 'thali' but ended up not finishing it and didn't even bother packing it for home. Thali- We asked for chana masala, navratan korma and kadi pakoda along with naan, pulav and gajar ka halwa. While the curries wereaverage tasting the pulav was a bowl of rice with yellow food colouring and literally a spoonful of chopped carrots andbeans. Desserts - rabdi malpua and gajar ka halwa were pretty good. 2 stars - will not recommend anything besides theirdesserts. Read more

"Pure Vegetarian and great Dine-in ambience" Visited first time this location of Brar for lunch on Monday with family. The... Dine-in ambience was great with great music in the background loved it. Food was not that great specially the Chinese combo weordered was not made fresh and was served was lukewarm. Felt like it was re-heated in microwave and served. Service was verypoor as the server showed up for taking order and serving only. We had to wait few times for some one to come by nearby to placeanother order and place was not busy at all. At last we had to get off our chair after finishing our food and waiting for billbecause no one was showing up at all. Read more
