Poor customer service. The guy didn?t even knew the DQ app. I don?t know how this location is serving so bad whereas the other... locations of DQ are phenomenal. I think the employees should work on how to greet, serve and help customers walking in store.Also not to mention there were no customers at that time, still he was reluctant to help me. Read more

****Dec 2021 Update: Glad to see that a business is really looking out for its reviews and implements changes as... needed. Husband came here again to test them. I'm glad to say that they have finally passed! Bravo DQ, Bravo! Until nexttime, Off to the spelling bee we go! ???? ???? -------- 2020 - My husband came home from work trying to surprise me with acake. Instead of the cake wording being "For mommy" the cake had "Poor Mommy" written on it.
