I just picked up a cake from this location at the Bramalea city center, for my sons 20th birthday btw and I am so displeased... with the results That I am almost in tears! It is by far the worst DQ I?ve ever gotten a cake from ! If I could have given thisplace a half of star I don?t know I?d give that much even ! I have no more time left to even order another one anywhere else andthe cake looks horrible !!A Child could?ve done a better job with the writing on it as it is all off Center the H for happydoesn?t even look like an ?H? and as for doing the decorating on the cake let?s just say all they put was dots on it under thewriting ( which wasn?t even asked for upon ordering it) and the writing completely off center. The writing is horrible and theydid a little dots on the bottom of the writing I don?t know what the point of that was and charged me $38 for a cake and Ididn?t want and didn?t even offer to give me a discount for it all I was told is a shrug of the shoulders and there was nothinghe could do as the person who did this horrible job won?t be in until night time to make the cakes ! It is the worst customaryservice I?ve seen ! I will never be back to this Dairy Queen for a cake or anything else for that matter Again! Worst Customer service ever seen! So, here after 3 months for Triple Chocolate Brownie, still got the worst service ever! They... heated whipped cream and it turned into foam as it can be seen clearly in the picture. The girl with specs who was taking orderat first, suddenly went inside to call another girl quickly after seeing me there. The second black girl took my order andstarted preparing it. Both of them were gossiping with each other while preparing my order. I instructed the second girl to notput Chocolate over top of ice cream, instead put on side in container. I saw that she doesn't put the Chocolate as they usuallydo, instead she put just a little bit. I was so upset after seeing this and asked her to put as usual not lesser than that ok. She refused, instead started arguing with me and told me to pay extra for the Chocolate. What the hell! I pay extra for what? Ididn't pay you to get less amount of Chocolate than usually you put. Listen girls, you do not get paid for gossiping aboutcustomers and arguing with them. If you do not like your work, then simply leave the job. Let Someone else, who really deservesit and love the job, work. Highly not recommended at all. Go to another Dairy Queen instead to save your money from thesefraudsters, and also to get exceptional customer service. This place is not the same place anymore that I used to love to go.All my money wasted. Rubbish customer service ever! Read more

By far the worst DQ location ever. Ordered a custom cake and did not check it prior to leaving the store as I?ve never had a bad... experience at other DQ locations I didn?t think to. What a mistake that was came home and the mermaid designed cake that wasordered for my little one?s 3rd birthday was in a terrible mess the wrap was not completed properly and the cake was not thesame height and shape on both sides. Further the colours were not even as displayed on the site. The cake looked nothing likewhat I requested. I was so upset however given it takes a day for custom cake orders to be completed nothing could be done. Iwas completely embarrassed by this cake. It ruined the whole birthday theme/party experience. I?ve been contacting the locationsince 09/05/22 to speak with the manager and no one ever answers the phone. I gave up and emailed DQ?s head office not once,rather 3 times now and their response is always the same we have forwarded your concerns to the franchise owner for response.This individual clearly does not seem to concerned with the issues presenting at this location. Having had a look at the reviews(wish I had done this prior to placing my order here) I see issues are a common occurrence. The staff are quite unprofessionaland not very knowledgeable. During pick up of my order on 04/04/22 the female at the cash was not aware of the cake costs andseemed dazed. I?m very unimpressed by this whole experience as it ruined what should have been a wonderful mermaid birthdayparty for my little one on her 3rd birthday. Terrible experience! Never seen people move so slow and when the ice cream wasn?t packaged right and dumped out I had to argue... with the guy to replace them. If it?s your fault own up to it and not ask me to pay again. Would never come here again theworst. Never had anyone be so condescending before. Read more

The owner yelled at me in front of my kids because we made multiple transactions. He said he was losing money by having multiple... transactions instead of a single one and when I said I don't mind doing a single transaction but you could say so without theattitude and you saw me with multiple kids trying to make up their mind so you shouldn't have cashed me out if it is a big dealto you that only of them did, he just said I won't sell to you and turned around. He was then taunting me to go ahead andreport him because nothing will happen as he's the owner. Looking at the reviews, it looks like I'm not the only one yelled bythis man and corporate just sends a generic reply similar to what I received. Read more

Terrible place. My father had been paying for ice cream for my siblings, and was using the dairy queen app to use offers. As my... other siblings were still deciding, he paid for my younger sisters ice cream and was going to do another transaction for myother siblings. The manager did not seem to like that, and begun to yell at my father. Sure, he could've done a singletransaction and bought all the ice cream to save time and money. But you don't have to full on yell at him and kick him out. Youcan't yell at him and kick him out because his CHILDREN were still deciding on what ice cream they'd like. And it wasn't like hewas going to do another 10 transactions, no. He was only going to do 2! The manager made a huge fuss and refused to let myfather go to his store because of such a small thing? Best not to go to this location, driving another 10 minutes to anotherDairy Queen would be better than going to a DQ with not only a bad manager, but terrible staff as well. Read more
