Blizzard 5/5 Service -5/5 We went back to the location as we thought it was a better location than the one near our house... because at our last visit the blizzard and the service was amazing ( young boy helping out in the drive through) !! However thatchanged today? probably never going to visit this location again because the lady serving us today / the cashier for the drivethrough around 12:50 am ( sat Oct 8th) was extremely rude and condescending. I was showing her a coupon I had and instead oflooking at it she just said to my face that why are you showing me a screenshot ( in a very rude and condescending tone implyingI am trying to scam her) and I explained to her it?s an app that has coupons and I was by mistake at the wrong location and Iwas trying to change it and show it to her again but she hit redeem on the coupon and the app would not let me go back and Ilost a coupon and she did not even try to apologise. In any which scenario she could have tried to say the same thing in a niceway but she sounded so condescending and made it feel like I was some kind of a scam. She basically ruined my Saturday evebefore thanks giving. Note to the owner : you give offers and spend so much money on theses offers but it?s worth less if youhave such people working for you. I work in customer service as well and her behaviour was uncalled and a counterproductiveeffect for your location. Good luck !! I ordered 2 blizzards on august 29 2022. Cashed out by Mandi Marahar. The blizzards were not served upside down and when I said... something the employee looked disappointed like she messed up. When the other employee came out she admitted to not flipping theblizzards and mandi asked if we want our blizzards for free (company policy). They both seemed like they made a mistake but thenmandi went back on his word even after offering me 2 free blizzards saying that this location does not participate in thispolicy. Their body actions and the way they were speaking clearly displayed that they were lying and did not want to get introuble for messing up. The company policy says served upside down or the next ones are free They were not served upside downand they offered the free blizzards but then went back on their words lying saying they do not participate in this policy. Thislocation should learn to teach their employees the correct policies of the company before placing them in the work field. Read more

Cant complain. The drinks are refills. The foods hot. Spend time with the kids. The summer pool side slush is nice.

One of the worst management, manager and staff. I ordered big cake for graduation one day before, when come for pick up, staff... and manager are not aware of and also replied by manager that we have lots of orders. Kids we?re waiting for hour and half fortheir celebrations. Not recommended to give any orders this location. Read more
