This location makes pizza poorly. They are very light on their toppings and produce pizza with large crust bubbles,... approximately a third of a slice and multiple slices have this issue. I ordered two XL pizza's and requested extra sauce and chicken on both. These directions were followed, and I'm quite happy with... Dominos service. They have always treated me well and I am a frequent customer there. I adore the way they treat their customersand the food they serve. The BBQ feast is my favourite pizza from their store. I got the wrong toppings on my pizza and I am allergic to mushroom and black pepper! This is unacceptable and I will not come... back again. I would not recommend anyone coming here either as the store is not the same anymore! Read more
Ordered 2 "large" pizzas with thick crust, got exactly the opposite of what I expected. Pizza was medium at most and the crusts... were thinner than cardboard. We called the store and asked them why our pizza did not meet our expectations and they said thatthey were "busy" despite only one person being present inside the location. The person on the other end of the line did not havea good attitude towards us. Pictures speak for themselves. If you want better pizza I advise you to go to Pizza Hut or an Indianowned shop. *** Update April 2021*** I have to admit that I do appreciate Dominos for being there when you are just pressed for time or you... just want a pizza FAST !!! And Dominos is always there for you and me... and for that I am grateful to them because they havemany locations with convenienthours. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have been tothis location on and off over the years because they are basically down the street from my house. The quality and taste is yourtypical conveyor belt / production line type of pizza ????. But, it is relatively inexpensive and quick. I expect that therewill be no taste in these pizzas.... like c?mon people ... this is Dominos .... this isn?t a mom and pop pizza joint inNYC. Like I said, as long as you don?t set a high bar for taste.. then you be just fine. It is quick and simple to order. Iorder every now and then when I am hungry and I am constrained for time. In this sense, the food is acceptable to me because itfits perfectly. Because the location is close and there is consistency with the food. Dominos is good for that. Dependableconsistency. We love Domino's..who doesn't!?!? I grew up eating when I lived in NYC; it always made me happy then and it's making me happy... now. My favorite is hand-tossed, deep dish, meat lovers. My second is pepperoni, and third chicken with BBQ sauce. My daughterloves the brownies, and my husband loves the chicken bites buffalo sauce. Read more
Extremey disappointed. I would like the manager to contact me. The customer service poor and the drivers no sense of remorse for... poor or slow service. If i could give 0 stars I would. This location I have given more than 1 try. I ordered previously thepizzas lacked adequate toppings, came late and cold. However decided that might have been a one off situation. This happenedagain but even worse. I had to contact the store myself to say that it was just about an hour and the pizza was still not at mydoor. This store location is 5.6 km ie 12 minutes drive on a clear day to the delivery address. This day was very clear?noweather impeding. I ordered a thin crust bbq chicken pizza and a hand tossed thin crust Brooklyn style pepperoni. The Brooklynstyle pizza crust was way more doughy than had from other store locations. And as the pictures will show for the bbq chickenpizza, the pizza is more bare than it does have sauce and or toppings. As with pizza?s I?ve ordered with tomatoe sauce bases,they are properly ladled with the sauce, however when it comes to the bbq sauce they seem to drizzle it on leaving it more drythan it is sauced. For the toppings especially the chicken topping, i can count how many pieces there are for a large pizza, itis just not enough. The unfortunate thing is that the app does not allow me to select my location but I will NOT be orderingfrom this location again. For this extremley late order when I asked if it would be compensated considering how late it was, theattendant who answered stated that they could not do anything, I insisted and they offered $10 off my purchase, my order was for2 pizzas so roughly $31 final price. I order large pizza with 3 topping for pick up, when I reached to picked up there no one on counter to look after the customer,... when I,asked the delivery guy, he look around and said pizza not ready yet, after 10 min , he looked in warmer he found my pizzathere, anyway i open and found such a bad just pizza dow nothing on it , i called to restaurant he even didn't said sorry, hesaid we make like that, this location all worker Indian international student , they have no knowlege how to do customerservice and how to make pizza, i recomend to all neighborhood dont buy pizza from this franchise.
