Went to order the food at around 8:15 PM. He declined to serve mentioning that he was out of food even there was food there in... the container. I said I just need to put veggies but he said no. Very bad experience. We went there around 3.53 pm on Sunday 20th nov. the guy working refused to serve us and said that we are... closed for the day. Very bad customer service. But we were present in the mall till 4.30. But the guy was still inside thestore and was busy talking on the phone. Hi, Gurnoor here. Writing this from my mother’s account because my school email is boring. I stopped by at Fresh Burrito... around 1:30 PM on Friday and wanted to try my hand at a taco, having never tried one myself. Establishment was clean and boldand did not look soulless. Man at the counter (Lovie) was very courteous and humble and walked me through the process ofgetting a set of tacos with whatever add-ons I’d like. I ordered a chicken taco with brown rice, chipotle and bbq sauce withsome hot sauce alongside some lettuce. Taco tasted excellent, sauce and chicken mixed very well flavour wise and the rice waswell cooked and complemented the chicken and lettuce. Lettuce was a bit haphazard and I had to put the back into the tacomyself on one of them but it is no big deal. Overall excellent albeit short service from Lovie and his Fresh Burritoestablishment and excellent tacos alongside a sanitary and nice looking exterior. Also bonus points to Lovie for being patientwith me and walking me through the taco process. Don't go to this location, ordered a bean bowl and it was half the quantity that normally is put. Looks like they are trying to... save or make money by putting less. Fooled me once. Thanks. No reviews for some time, then all of a sudden many reviewswith 5 star ratings around the same time. Wondering whats happening here. Read more
