Delicious. One of the best pizza I ever had.

I've been coming to this store since it opened but had the absolute WORST experience ever this time. We ordered 2 pizzas last... Sunday and one of them was undercooked. We called the store to complain and one of the workers asked us to return to the storewith the pizza so we can get a refund/a new pizza. At the store, she refused to do either things because a few slices wereeaten. They were missing because we had people over that day and a few people had taken slices to eat (which is how we realizedthe pizza was undercooked). She offered us a 50% discount on our next pizza (which is useless because I will never be comingback here again). She then proceeded to take back our pizza and told us that the store manager will call us the next day. Fastforward a week, we received no call from the manager/owner. I decided to call the place back to ask what had happened. I wasverbally abused by a worker named Gagan. I was yelled at and called a liar. During this call, (which was recorded and will beforwarded to corporate) she refused to get me in touch with the owner/manager, claimed she tasted the remaining slices of pizzaand nothing was wrong with the pizza. She then proceeded to also yell at my mother who had also called her after she refused tohelp me. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. As someone who has worked in the hospitalityindustry for over 5 years, I was flabbergasted by the way I was being spoken to and belittled. This store took my money, gave mean undercooked pizza, refused to give me a refund/new pizza and then also took back half of the pizza we had paid for. Read more
Just tried the chicken shawarma pizza and I can say without a doubt that I?ll definitely be ordering it again. Pizza was cooked... perfectly and the sauce was amazing. Super nice staff as well, can?t wait to visit them again. Read more

I am ordering pizza from last 6 months from 45 dusk drive Gino?s. But I am totally dissatisfied with last 3-4 orders. Toppings... quantity is very less. I ordered large Chicken shawrma pizza today also and chicken topping quantity is very less consideringlarge size pizza even after telling them about previous orders. They told they will spread sauce on top but it is missing. Theworst pizza I ever ate. Read more
Two years ago, I decided to stop dining at Gino's Pizza since I had too many unfavourable and disappointing encounters at... different locations. I bought a pizza on the way back after doing some grocery shopping close to this business. I was so amazedby the wonderful experience that this outlet ultimately convinced me to change my opinion. I will definitely be coming backbecause the pizza was prepared well, had plenty of toppings, and had excellent customer service. I'd want to thank themanagement and personnel. Read more
