My family has been ordering from this place since it opened. Everything is always hot, tasty, and the portions are relatively... generous. Average tasting food, the food is either a hit or a miss at times. The fried rice lacks flavour, it's very dry and bland. The... black pepper beef taste was good, but majority of the dish was filled with green peppers. The chop suey dish was the worst.Felt like this dish was falsely advertised. It said "chop suey + dry noodles = chow mein". All we received was bean sprouts anda bit of celery and two pieces of broccoli. Overall, depends on the dish ordered. Some will taste delicious some will bedisappoitning. Learn from the mistakes and not to order the bad dishes again. One bonus, they offer 10% off on pickup orders of$30 or more if paid with cash. Singapore vermicelli noodles, Golden Lake foo yong, curry beef & kung pao beef. Asked for egg rolls instead of the complimentarymini spring rolls, and they accommodated. Food order was ready on time and packaged nicely. Service was very friendly. Theyincluded sauce packets and fortune cookies. The food was just what I was craving - and not overly salted like some places.Highlights were the noodles, egg rolls, and egg foo yong. The kung pao beef was a bit saucy compared to what I am used to andthe curry beef sauce was just not for me. The protein/fresh veggie ratio was great in the dishes.
