Very bad services never expected this from Guru sweet, took my friends to the outlet for dining the AC was not working . Then we... had to take out. They charges us higher prices then it was mentioned in the menu as well as sign board in dining area. And theydidn't give us what they promised we will get while taking orders. Ordered Paneer Lababdar. Never had worse Paneer Lababdar then this. Like all the other reviews about their Lababdar dishes...... It's not the usual Lababdar you would expect. Idk why they call it chef's special it's the worst dish on the menu. Please do notorder any kind of Lababdar from this place. Read more
We ordered chaat papri and spring roll. Chaat papri was good while the spring rolls were not cooked properly and was changed by... the staff. The place did not have AC and made it uneasy to dine-in. Washrooms had mosquitoes so not sure if hygiene is beingmaintained at this place. Might not visit again. Read more
Found a cockroach in their food. We had to throw other items too coz we were grossed out. Called the restaurant, she wanted to... refund for the item we found the cockroach in. As others have mentioned, their staff is really rude. You don?t need education tosmile or greet someone. I denied the refund and wanted to complain but the girls on counter have no idea how things work. Nevergoing there again!! Read more

We took non veg thali. They have 2 choice of non veg items, one choice of veg one item, one choice of sweet one portion of... raita with a choice of rice and Naan. We also ordered a starter but the starter was not really good. It was chicken kabab but itwas very dry and no taste. No one could eat the kebab since it was so tasteless. I took samosa but the outer layer was too thickand some portion was raw and I didn't liked it either. Additionally they do not have air conditioning inside the restaurant andit feels very suffocating and irritating specially when you are going in summer. Overall not a very good experience. Read more
