We don’t have Harvey’s back in the states but I wish we did. I always ask for my food fresh but it never comes out right.... Today I thought “let me ask if they can make it fresh, what’s the harm in asking” boy am I glad that I did. This place is usually helpful and friendly. But as recent as yesterday this changed. They will not honor any coupons on meal... deals even when you show it in front of them. They cite that there are price changes and that they are not honoring anything. No sign on the door advising of this and was treated like how dare we present Harvey's coupons at this location. So one day i decided I was hungry and i was craving burgers. I went to this Harveys and ordered my dinner. A nice Angus burger,... my review of 5 stars is based of three things, Food, customer service, and enjoyment. First the food was absolutely amazing andmy stomach was filled. The customer service was even better, as the girl at cashier was just so nice and it made me getting thefood worth it. Lastly i frankly enjoyed my food due to its taste and as the customer service was good i was in a good mood. Inconclusion if you ever want to have food quick, this Harveys got you covered. Read more

Ordered the following 1 dbl burger got a grilled chicken burger instead with all the wrong toppings asked for a plain kids... burger got they put cheese on it my order of fringes had 4 onion rings called the restaurant to complain the Swiss chalet sideanswered they wouldn't help me or transfer my call funny part I called the number posted on there website and Google . I have ordered 2 veggie burgers and I have told them specifically what i need in the burger but when I opened there was nothing... in it and when I called them the girl on the phone was rude and told me that Manager will call me back within 30min but nobodycalled back. Very very bad customer service and people there don't know how to make burger, most of the time they burntit. Looks like all the high rated reviews are fake. Read more
