In the last 3 times I have ordered for my family they have messed up badly. First, we ordered 3 burritos and were only given 2... leaving one of us without food as we don't make it on days we get KFC. Now, we order a bean burrito and are given beef to mymother who is a VEGETARIAN. She took a bite and had to spit it out. I am not one to write negative reviews but this service isatrocious. I submitted a complaint as well to avoid a review but did not get anything back at all. Their chicken pieces in thetuesday special are also some of the worst in the KFC's nearby. Dark Old and stale chicken, beans were very dry.. bad bad bad
All the one star reviews are spot on, ordered a family bucket meal and got the smallest dark brown colored chicken which is... indicating that they were using old oil, when it came to my sides I had to get double fries because they didn't have anythingelse. It was nice visiting here after a long time. This location of KFC is really very good. I ordered chicken burger and french... fries. It was really very tasty rather I should say it was scrumptious. The service was extremely great. The person who took myorder takes less than a minute to prepare it. I really appreciate this thing and I must say all people working there are reallyhard working. I urge everyone to visit this location of KFC. Read more
I grabbed twister combo no drink was given.... than the wrap only had chicken and sauce with no lettuce or tomatoes. Quality of... food is not there anymore with kfc that's how the poutine came leaking in the bag. Read more
Disappointed with this order. Picture is a little deceiving but the colour of the chicken was really close to dark brown almost... close to very pale black. Looks like, to push the orders out you guys cranked up the heat and reduce the time. The chickenhad a burnt smell to it also. This was supposed to be a compliment to the Christmas Eve dinner for picky eaters. Read more
