Horrible horrible today, i just visited this store the closing time is 10.00 clock and reached 9.50 but the counter girl said... we are closed its not good as before 10 minutes closing time , everytime I had this experience the customer service is not goodI never visited again over here as customer service is rude if u are hire the people pls check they have to know how to dealwith customers . For the second time we ordered food for delivery from this location and we are still waiting. we ordered well in advance... (2:30pm) for a 5pm delivery and as of 5:48pm we still have no food. We had a similar experience last time. We called customerservice who transferred us to the store who had all sorts of excuses of no drivers and having to use Skip and that our foodshould come some time... This being the 2nd experience of this is leaving us to believe we should just spend our moneyelsewhere. If the franchise can't communicate and we have to chase it over 45 mins after it was scheduled to be delivered itisn't worth it, with other options i.e. Mary Church, Swiss Chalet & Popeyes available to us. Food finally did arrive left onthe porch in the pouring rain, no doorbell or knock to let us know it arrived. Returned soggy food and phoned KFC for a refund. Read more

This place used to be amazing like 10 years ago, as of now it?s run down to nothing. I usually place an order ahead of time... through the app for pick up for 20 wings which normally take 10/15 mins to prepare, so I can grab it and go, but each time I gothere, they have not dropped it, and I have to wait, without any apologies or compensation. Also, when I walk in, no one greetsyou, I went in today and there was one girl on drive through and another girl cleaning, the girl cleaning made eye contact andsaid nothing and continued. Not a ?one moment? or anything. Also, I feel like it?s rude to the staff to be constantly speakingin their language while customers are there, other than English.The only reason I?ve gone there after all these mishaps isbecause it?s right by my house, but now I?m thinking I?ll just drive a bit further to another location or another franchisecause of the consistent disregard for guests at this location. If I could give it zero stars I would. Tonight January 14 I have decided to order KFC for my family. I placed my order online my... order was supposed to arrive at 7:15. It was 730 and nothing had arrived yet so I decided to call the location no one pickedup,I called a few times. I completely understand if it is busy or they are running late. I waited a bit more until 740 I had tocall The 1888 number talk to them three times they transferred my call to the KFC that I ordered from.,no one picked up I triedcalling no one picked up, called many times. Called again the lady said she sent an email to them asking what was up with myorder. And also ask them to call me. No one called me back. So after one hour of waiting and not knowing what to do, not knowingif my order was going to come. I called in again After an hour of Waiting for my order or waiting for some news on my order butnothing so I had to call In and I cancelled everything. Not good customer service. It be nice if you picked up your phone. Orgot back to the email and called me to let me know what was up. Read more
I went to buy chicken bucket today from Ruth and Kennedy's kfc omg it was the worst chicken ever. They were not cooked properly... when we were eating the first bite was all uncooked flour and it was very soggy... it made me feel disgusted of chicken...Definitely not recommended to buy from this location never fresh and staffs are pretty rude. They never have chicken, but yet they sell chicken. Why are you open still. Something on the menu and you can?t order cause they... don?t want to make it, ur closed at 10pm why can?t I order something at 7pm. Worst!
