Did KFC change their recipe? I ordered a bucket of spicy chicken and the it tasted completely unseasoned. Not even salt. In... addition, the food looked stale, like leftover fried chicken. I returned it and the staff member also looked a little surprisedby the appearance of the food. She did exchange for a bucket of original recipe and this tasted off too. I haven't been to KFCfor a several months but what I had tonight was not the original recipe I remember. The chicken was over-cooked, hard, dry andtasteless. Read more
This location always forgets something in the order so you have to double check your order is correct. First they forgot to... include the extra fries I bought and the next time I ordered they forgot to include the extra dipping sauce I ordered. Beginningto believe they do this on purpose. Won't find out for the third time what they will forget to include in the order. Read more
Very pleased with my visit. Phenomenal customer service, exterior area in dining was very tidy and being cleaned by an associate... named Valentine, she was very nice when interacting with the front cashier Surpreet as lunch hour kicked in and they had toexpedite orders together. Surpreet smiled the whole time was very clear, present and pleasant to all guests and food was verydelicious and hot and fresh with a short wait time only. I would 10/10 go back and I've been to this location beforerenovations, and back when other employees were working there and they were rude to students and some customers but this was ajudgement free environment and she even asked if I wanted ketchup and included plenty of napkins without me asking. Shesuggested upsizing the Tuesday special which was a good idea and she even greeted everyone instead of just asking them what theywanted to order. 2022 and still strong, jespreet and the other fine lady always so polite and kind. Experience was good until we decided to sit down to eat. Employee made it a point to let us know they close in twenty minutes... and tried to convince us to take the food to go. Not really a good way to treat customers. Read more
Lady in front don?t got no manners how to speak with customers charged me $25 for 9 pc tenders and then when I asked for one... extra dipping because she gave only two She said you have to pay extra like I mean come on guys. Terrible and rude service. Ordered a 6 piece and fries and 2 cans of Pepsi. She proceeded to tell me I can only get fountain... drinks., She said the cans are for deliver and only pick ups. I reminder her I'm taking it out, she stared at me for a min andsaid " I'll only do it this time" after paying for it I asked what store # this was and she said...." Are you going tocomplain?.....I'm not serving you get out" . After yelling for my food or money back, she finally gave me my order the helpwith my video camera I recorded.
