Ordered lunch (through UbberEats delivery) on October 3, 2022 and promised myself to NEVER eat there again. My order included 2... x Mixed Grill Platters at $23.99 each. For this price, one would expect a decent meal. Wrong if you eat at Lazeez Shawarma(Chinguacousy location). Salads came with no dressing, dry lettuce leaves with tomatoes, onions and cucumber. Rice was dry andonly moistened by sprinkling of tahini/garlic sauce that was on the meat. And meat...kebobs and kofta burnt on one side (onecould scrape charcoal) and bone dry inside. One order was mild while the second order was medium spicy and the level ofspiciness was set with amount of Cajun pepper powder on top of food (one looked more red than other). If one doesn't know thatand doesn't mix food before eating, it is sure a choking hazard (eyes tearing for sure). Having said that, I could not tasteanything outside of the Cajun powder heat. Lastly, order was placed with utensils box checked off and additional note to pleaseprovide forks and napkins as lunch was during a workshop session. To my surprise, neither forks nor napkins were included. Howis one expected to eat a plate of food without cutlery? I called UbberEats driver, who was nice enough to make a run to get meforks and napkins. It still took extra 10 minutes before we could start eating. This restaurant failed at every step of theprocess. I have tasted kababs and kofta in my travels through the Middle East and what I had today (the portion of what I couldeat) was a disgrace to the real dish. To think that this restaurant was voted the best Shawarma restaurant in the past years (upto 2020) only indicates that either the restaurant owners/operator has changed or people who voted, never tried their food. I was very unsatisfied with the quality of the food they used. The pita bread was so thin is fell apart cause all the toppings... to fall out. It was poor meat quality and you aren?t able to choose the toppings you have to decide at the cashier. I alsodidn?t understand why they advertise how hot the customer wants their food? the hot sauce sucks it?s not even hot? so theyshould remove the cheap sign it does not do justice. The restaurant itself was unclean. I am surprised no one called HealthCanada on these guys. I have read the other reviews and they mentioned the management team changed. Parth is really good in his work. Take the order attentively and make it exactly as told. Other staff member are also good n... decent and know the customer service. Food is awesome always. Food is alright. Staff needs to be more professional and listen properly about what you order. I was provided with wrong order... where I only got fries and chicken and sauces were not added and even when I went back they didn?t feel bad about it. Read more

I placed an order on Friday 22OCT2021 at this location for a chicken Souvlaki wrap and was told to come back in 25 minutes. I... was eating my wrap and found the chicken meat would not tear while trying to bite into the meat. I immediately stopped eatingand checked the meat to see raw chunks of chicken meat! It was my first time having Lazeez and I will NEVER eat here again. Itried calling this location but there is no way to leave a message or get in contact. I emailed headquarters online and still tothis date, no reply! This is raw poultry and I could have gotten really sick! Shame on you all!! Read more
They used to be good when they opened but now they became very cheap. They reduced the portion so small that it's not worth it... to pay that much. First they dont give proper portion and if asked, they say its extra cost. Staffs are probably trained to giveless and less. Cheap management, cutting corner to profit. If you are going to charge high, atleast give decent food. Not goingthere again. Waste of money. Read more
