I ordered mixed salad with chicken. Salad except lettuce and olives. She just picked my sauces too. I hate garlic but I let it... go as it?s end of day all I want is to enjoy my dinner. After going home while eating I noticed mostly only onions in my saladand I went back and asked for manager or supervisor one girl came and talked to me and told her only onions in the salad. Shetold me to wait for 10 minutes for them to prepare again so I waited in my car and came back for my food. I thrown old foodwhich has only onions in garbage near cashier. Then when I came back for my order with mix salad not onion salad, the girl whoprepared my ordered so weirdly picked up garbaged food and showing me same order and asked me take that food back. I feel likethey don?t deserve even 1 star worst service. And they don?t even have name badges thats another worst customer service. When Iasked for manager they are so ridiculous answer. I really wish Ontario government actually inspect these kind of work placestaff for improper training. Read more
Very fast service , humble hospitality. We orders lazeez on the rocks , it was amazing and quantity was huge .
This location has let me down so many times. I ordered before some items with no spice and they sent the whole order super... spice. Another time the order We got was all wrong. But yesterday really did it for me, we ordered the large chicken on therocks and there was hardly any chicken. Is like they covered it with the sauce like we wouldn?t notice. Not ordering from themagain. I suggest order from a different location. Read more

I don?t know what happened to the quality of Lazeez stores. I paid almost 13$ for a medium chicken half and half and this what I... got. I collected all the chicken on the top and it?s not even a proper share. Guys, I am not paying you money to feed me onlyrice. You really need to understand that a CHICKEN shawarma needs CHICKEN. The worst part is that their glass top is so dirtythat you can?t even see how much portion of chicken they?re putting because then they load it up with generous sauce (notcomplaining about the sauce) and you don?t even see the chicken. I hope the owner sees this and responds back because the girlwho served me was absolutely not bothered about the service. You get your inventory from the suppliers not from your own homethat you have to ration on the chicken portion and give loads of rice. Read more
I tried the shawarma for the first time and I just didn?t like it. It was really not good the falafel balls were to hard and a... weird flavour and the sauces were I don?t know what. I am really grateful and thankful for staff?s cooperation but the shawarmais not good really. It is flavourless and I really didn?t like it. I hope you guys improve more on sauces and flavours. Lazeez is typically a great place to eat, but this Queen and Ching location was superb. The food was fresh, the portion size on... point. No being skimpy with the chicken or charging extra for garlic sauce. Friendly staff and good vibes all the waythrough. Thanks for good dinner! Read more
