Little Caesar's isn't the greatest of pizza's but if you like it, this location is fast and friendly.
Don't even know why they're not giving me a crazy sauce without paying for it. Never had a problem getting crazy sauce until... now being refuse giving unless you pay for it. Read more
Quite shocked at how poorly this particular location is run. Placed an order through DoorDash and thought something was wrong... with the app as the order was "being confirmed" for about 10 minutes. Called the store and find out they didn't know how to usethe app and my pizza was ready, so I told them to please confirm on the app so the driver could deliver it. Another 10 minutespasses by and the app is now saying "preparing your order" at this point. I drive to the location and ask the employee I spoketo over the phone what happened, she said she confirmed the order. I had to show her how to use the app on their ipad andconfirm each step so a driver would be notified and could pick it up for next time. I was already annoyed at this point becausethey put the order through the app in front of me instead of cancelling it so I had to pay for delivery through the app anyways.I was shocked when another employee proceeded to comment "Well how much extra did you pay for the delivery anyways?" insinuatingthat it's apparently not a big deal that I just had to pay a delivery AND service fee because of their negligence. Such rudecustomer service. It's such a shame that it's not on par with the other locations I've visited and I will no longer be cominghere. Seriously need to hire new staff and train them properly.
