Ice cream was good, but it's very expensive. Almost $5 for a kiddie cup that isn't even filled properly (see picture). It's not... worth it. The lady working there was extremely nice to the customers infront of me. When it was my turn she was just rushing.I'm not sure if she had other stuff to do. But I didn't really like the service. Please save yourself from going here. Took my kids for ice-cream and the experience was not good. This place used to be so good... and I believe this is owned by a new owner and ruined the experience of eating ice-cream. they are using some cheap ice-creamand very cheap quality toppings to make profit. I would never come back here. The lady who i believe is there is the new ownerand have no patience at all. I've asked for a different ice-cream and made the wrong one and didn't even acknowledge. The shop is average, too pricey for the quality of the ice cream. Way too much of food colouring used in ice-cream. We bought... cotton candy and mango. Both was way too much food colouring. Also, the cotton candy flavour was not good. Due to covidrestrictions, taste testing before buying was not allowed before buying. Read more
Large selection of ice cream in this store. Plenty to choose from however, there's a sign there that says "No Samples". Staff is... friendly and polite. There a ton of parking outside as it's located in a power center. No chairs inside yet and there's still alockdown right now. Stay safe out there people and keep washing those hands! DO NOT purchase from this marble slab. The owners should be kicked out of the franchise for how RUDE they are. I recieved an ice... cream cake for my birthday from this marble slab and it was awful (see pics below). It had no taste and it was essentially a bigscoop of vanilla ice cream. Considering it is a 50$ ice cream cake I was quite disappointed. Since I cant bring an ice creamcake back because I am a busy person and also I saw the other negative reviews I decided to contact customer service. Customerservice was nice enough to give me a free cake. Unfortunately I dont have another marble slab close to me and had to go to theone we got it from. Honestly I thought the first cake was a mess up and was looking forward to getting another one. I broughtthe coupon to the owners and they essentially got mad and started being so rude to me I cant even describe. They told me howthey?dont make bad cakes? and were accusing me of submitting a complaint online. I did receive the cake the coupon promised butnot after being harassed. I told the people around me not to buy their cakes and to take a look at how rude they were being tome and the owner lady started FILMING ME. And she told me ?it?s time to get out buddy? I ordered an ice cream cake for my partner's birthday. On the day of pickup, the staff was very nice. But I was so upset after... seeing the cake, words cannot describe how shocked I was at the appearance. The cake looks nothing like the advertised cake. Itlooked like an amateur made my order. The cake was almost 50 dollars, and it looked like it was a five dollar cake. I could havebought something delicious and very beautiful from Fortinos for 27 bucks. Since it was my partner's birthday, I bought itanyways. But what was supposed to be a nice surprise for him, turned out so sad. Read more
The service here is absolutely amazing! I did a Sundae to Go Bar for my party, and the staff here were very helpful. The... managers Anita and Balram were so amazing with their hospitality.
