Very disappointing with order. Fries were scattered in the bag. Crispy chicken sandwich in the container was also a mess. Waited... 15 minutes at the waiting area thinking the order will be freshly prepared. I was wrong! This was not the first time. Not oneto complain but this place is a joke. Complained to "GUEST RELATIONS" and they emailed to inform that they will mail"Complimentary coupons" Almost 2 months and still NOTHING in the mail. Read more
I?ve been to McDonald?s across North America and this one delivered the worst experience I?ve ever had. Tried to use the drive... through, got redirected to a parking spot to wait for our food (small order for 2 people) waited 15 minutes then went into thestore to see if I could get my food. Found a crowd of people waiting, one employee working the counter, several on their phones.Our order came out after 25 minutes, fries were stone cold, and we were missing a burger. If you order ANYTHING. Even an egg McMuffin at 8:45 am - pull into a spot . I?ve spent sometimes 15 minutes sitting in the spot... for kids nuggets.. this place needs some management. Guess they look like they?re doing well for the fast drive thru timesmeanwhile every spot is so full , they tell you to park anywhere and they will find you. Drive thru should be I order my food and receive my food at the window. Why is it that I have to wait 20 minutes to receive my... order waiting in a parking spot? If I could zero I would. We waited inside the restaurant for over 20 mins for a simple order. The manager was too busy talking... to an employee about drama that happened the day before right there at the cash as all customers are watching and waiting forfood. The employee was so upset she started crying and others were getting involved all while delivery orders, people waiting inspaces and people waiting in the restaurant weren?t getting their food. Always unorganized. Today, my mobile order was given to the wrong person. I was told to park curbside and was not served until... going inside speaking with the manager after 20-30 mins. Always very busy, the building and parking lot is too small for theamount of customers. Probably makes it more difficult for the staff, leading to constant disfunction and mistakes. It's an ok place. Dirty sometime in the restaurant but the drive-thru is always fast. They need to clean the tables and the... floor more often. People are nice. Very busy during lunch and dinner times. Sometimes coffee is not hot at all. If you have togo there go when it's busy then you have a better chance in getting everything fresh. Read more
