The staff at this location are so sweet and kind. A lady by the name of Mackenzie made a real impression on me so much so that I... changed from my regular location by my house just to drive 20 minutes to get subs from this store. This last time I came I wasserved by a very sweet girl named Ashley. These ladies including Brianne sure do know how to make a delicious sub so much so Ihave been coming weekly to this store since finding out about it. I wish i could give zero. Staff doesn?t know how to behave with customer. We went there to place an order tried to use the... restroom but forgot to knock it, tried to open it. It was locked, when one of the staff member went out from the rest room shewas yelling on us I apologized but she kept saying the same things. It was so annoying, first learn to respect others and behaveproperly. We came out of the store without getting anything. Will never go there. Read more
Would give 6 stars for the service I received at this store, on Thursday, September 15, 2022. I went to this Mr. Sub and asked... for a meat less meat ball 12" sub. After the Sandwich artist had the meatballs in the microwave for 1 minute and the entire subgrilled for 45 seconds, after taking a couple of bites of the sub, the meatballs were still cold. So, the attendant Breanne,made another meatless, meat ball sub at n/c and I was so impressed with her decisiveness and customer service, I gave her a tipof $1, and gave her partner $1 tip, for their amazing customer service. A few minutes later, I asked for another drink,strawberry kiwi to be more precise, and instead of charging me for that second drink, Breanne said it was on the house. The wayshe conducted herself, was extremely professional and her decisiveness really impressed me. In this day and age of excuses fromservice industry professionals, since this fake pandemic began over two and half years ago, it was very refreshing to say theleast, to see a young woman like her, exemplify such great customer service! Wish more people would be like her and as a resultof her service, I will be back again at that Mr. Sub, and hopefully, I will meet up with her again when I buy another sub fromthis store. Keep up the great work Breanne! You are a needle in haystack in this day and age of non chalant customer service! I go to this location often. The customer service is awesome !! The quality is perfect. I visited just yesterday and noticed... there was a new staff member who helped me. This is the best place to go for a vegetarian looking for a quick satisfactory bite. This place is top of mylist when I am around, 2nd comes Starbucks. I come to this Mr. sub all the time. I love Mr. Sub?s sandwiches and have since I was a teen. Their bread is fresh. Their meats... and their toppings are always tasty and fresh. Unprofessional staff. Never got this kind of disrespect ever before. Went there to pick up uber order didn?t say a word and the... young girl over there started yelling for no reason. As order was picked up by someone else. As, us Uber driver play a big rolein increasing sales and helping restaurants. Even if its the owner they should respect drivers as we are connecting source tocustomers. Pandemic was great example. All the restaurants survived because of delivery drivers.
