This is the second time I got pizza from here the first time it was amazing and this time it was disgusting. We ordered a XL... pizza the toppings were barely even on there it was so sparse. When we called to talk to the chef he laughed and said that noone else has a problem so why do we? We asked for his name and he laughed again saying he won?t give us his name and that if wespoke to him nicer he would?ve gave us a refund. I will never order from here again. I ordered 2 large pizzas for delivery and Jesus Christ?. they smelled so bad that I tossed... them into the trash outside of the store. I called to complain and the lady that answered laughed and said ?this is how wemake pizza, how come the other 100 customers didn?t say their pizza smelled?? I went to the shop with the pizza (hour afterdelivery because I had guests over) and showed the lady that was working. She smelled it and said ?I can make you another one?.I said I wanted a refund as I had both pizzas untouched and she laughed. Quality is completely gone down the drain, customerservice is horrid. They had one job which was to make pizza and not to deliver this burnt ugly looking pizza. :\
Do not recommend. Staff is very rude, lacking customer service skills and lacking proper implementation of infection control.... Recently, I was sent home with the wrong order. I was asked to bring it back and pick up my original order. I went back but theyserved the same pizzas I brought back to the right customers. I had not opened the boxes but that may not be the case everytime. This was shocking as we are in the middle of a pandemic and this can be very harmful. Not to mention, the staff were allwearing their masks below their noses, and they were using the same gloves to touch the food, as they were to take payments andorders. Read more
I ordered a large pizza with 3 toppings. There were three problems 1. They charged 50 cents extra for a small (actually... small..approx 1 grams) pack chilli flakes... looks like it was more expensive than 1 gram of silver. I have uploaded pic ofchilli flakes. 2. I had asked for coriander and ginger...but ginger was missing. Only coriander was sprinkled. 3. Toppings weretoo less...more pizza base and less veggies. Place not worth visiting. Read more
Pizza was delivered burned and the chef said "This is how we make it. " Won't recommend it to others. The Front and back was... dark and the cheese was burned as well. My money was wasted. Also they say that it is free delivery but it's not. Reply to themanager Edit: Respected manager, I have received your reply. The pizza was ordered from the airport road location and I hadtalked to the chef. The chef clearly told me that "this is how we make it" so does that mean that the chefs make Burned pizzasat your frenchise? I am leaving my honest opinion on the right location that is airport road branch and I am not sure why youare saying that I left my opinion at the wrong location . Moreover, I am not sure why you did not receive the complaint but I amsure that I did talk to one of your employees. Their other locations has better taste , but at this location it looks like they use expired cheese. Horrible taste
