This is the most disrespectful plate of food I have ever received. $11.25 for DRY overpriced nonsense. As you can see I ordered... falafel and they garnished it with one drop of garlic sauce and spice, despite me ordering medium spice and looking forward tothe garlic sauce. Watch them while they make your food so you can ensure you are getting what you paid for. I only opened mymeal once I got home. Take the extra time to check your meal while you?re still there. I regularly eat at Osmow's in different branches. Quality of the food here is the same as others. I like it but little felt... greasy this time. Packaging was perfect and was served hot. Salad was nice and healthy. Will try other stuff here soon. Keep upthe good work guys! Read more
Genuinely appreciate the hardworking staff and management at this location. The service here is quick, efficient and friendly... and the portions are extremely fulfilling. The restaurant is very well maintained in regards to cleanliness, especially with thesnowy and slushy weather we?ve had over the last while. I ordered chicken on the rocks again because my first experience with it at the Ajax branch was absolutely delicious, but this... time around, I wasn't impressed. It wasn't disgusting. It was subpar. I had already raved on and on about the chicken on therocks I had at Ajax to my family but we were all disappointed when we ordered these. Maybe we'll try the shawarma next time.
