The food here is decent, their chicken quality is better than other Osmows locations. I got a medium on the rocks, the chicken... was juicy and fresh, rice was a bit uncooked. Overall, it was fine. Read more
I don?t usually put reviews but this experience was bad. Firstly took almost 5 minutes before someone asked for my order while I... stood at the cash. While the cashier was busy chatting with others but you know I get it, it?s early on a Saturday. I give myorder and it takes about 7-10 mins but they forget to make my fries, and make me wait another 5 minutes for it and then had memy fries without a bag in the tiny paper bag to hold it ?. I wish they would bring back the chicken special. The last time I went I got a chicken special but it wasn't like the one they... used to have. This one although coming with a refreshing salad felt like there wasn't much meat or rice on the dish. Great experience with the management at this location. There was a slight misunderstanding and they made it right
Last week I had to put in a large catering order last minute. Not only did this location answer all my questions, assist me with... the order to ensure I had enough for the amount of people I was ordering for, but they were on time with the delivery! I willorder again from them for my catering needs. The food was delicious! Perfect! As well, Qurat- one of the staff members here wasso helpful and cannot thank her enough. Picked up chicken half and half the fries were undercooked and 1/3 of the container contents were fries and the plater was not... even full. 2 years later the food was still a disappointment. I ordered a fattoush salad with chicken and was charged aridiculous amount for lettuce cucumber and chicken. Look at the pictures I took compared to what a fattoush salad suppose tolook like. Long story. I came in to "cater" food for my coworkers. But it wasnt actual catering but individual meals. I apologized many... times but the team was helpful and prepared everything smoothly and quickly. It helped that it was relatively dead. Supergrateful :) Read more
