I ordered 1 flaffel on the rocks and 1 chicken on the rocks online with a coke. When I revived the order half of each box was... filled with minimal sauce. When I moved near the area I was excited knowing osmows was 5 mins away. They had two young employees super friendly but I think... they may have quit. I know it has to do with other employees. The old lady and old man. They never ever greeted us nor providedgood service at all. They always seemed annoyed serving customers. Always so impatient when we?re ordering. Twice, I let it gothinking it?s a bad day but the third time I walked out and the guy was like showing hand gestures to leave. I guess they havemade enough money for the day. They are compromising on the quality. Chicken is not correctly chopped and cooked.
We ordered catering from here for our daughters birthday. They were very helpful and food turned out great. The way the boxes of... meat/rice and wraps were packaged was great. They also provided some additional hummus and drinks which was nice. Wraps were ahit! My only comment for one area of improvement is to put a better ratio of meat to rice (less rice or more shallow tray). Themeat is all layered on top and the trays are deep some of the guests who were at the end of the line did not get as much meat. Read more
We tried this location for the first time today. We ordered a large lamb on veggies with 3 extra toppings. It is so hard to... understand the person on cash.He spoke too fast and not loud enough. When we got the food we were very disappointed. The foodlooked and tasted so different from the other locations. First thing you notice right away is that the quantity of food is verylow, the meat was approximately 1/4 of what you would get at all other locations. The veggies that are supposed come with thismeal are carrots, cauliflower and broccoli. In our large lamb on the veggies, we got 1 cauliflower floret, 1 broccoli floret andthe rest was chopped broccoli stems and carrots. I wish I could say that I?m exaggerating. Unlike the other stores they mix themeat, sauce and veggies before they put it in the box so that you can?t tell the amount of meat is minuscule. Even though wewere charged for the 3 extra toppings, they only put 2. And the sauce! They watered it down so much that it tasted like nothing.Such an unethical business practice just to save a few extra $$. Needless to say but we will not be ordering from here again. Read more
Excellent dishes, very delicious food at an affordable price. Very friendly and fast service. Inmates are very cordial and... friendly. I visited Osmow's at a few other locations as well, but nothing beat the dishes served at this location, it's amazing. Read more
Ordering for pickup is useless!!! They answer the phone then make you wait on hold for three minutes without a word and when you... go to the store the food isn't even ready! The order wasn't even placed. The receipt printer wasn't working today, so they werehanding out ticket numbers and they didn't give me a number either. I had to go up to the counter, again, and ask for myfood. TLDR: I placed an order over the phone and they said would be ready in 20 minutes.
