I tried a different location in a different city and it was beyond amazing. I placed an order through uber for an pickup. The... food was horrible. The rice and chicken were plain with no flavor or seasoning. The potatoes were over cooked in oil and burnt.The salad only had tomatoes and onions even through I asked for other vegetables via uber. 30 minutes before close they are already closing up and rush you. The lady that served me was so rude and was trying to get home... clearly by how much she rushed me. The chicken and rice were so cold and she didn?t even ask me what I wanted or what toppingsto put on the plate she just started making it without saying anything. We were in a rush and wanted something that we could eat while on the move. This place was nearby and decided to give it a... try. Ordered two Falafel wraps, but no one in the store during lunch hour on a weekend throws some flags. Frozen falafels wereremoved and put in a fryer. Not a good start. Packed with the generous toppings. The wraps were OK. The toppings didn?t enhancethe taste. The hummus was also bland in the wrap. The sight of frozen falafel didn?t help. But the flavour of the falafel wasalso bland. Even though there was parsley and perhaps garlic, it just did not add anything to the experience. Read more
I ordered $50 worth of food. They jam packed my order in one tiny ?thank you? plastic bag. When I opened the bag my LARGE... shawarma wraps were falling everywhere and almost broke. They tied the bag so tight that half of the tiny bag capacity was lost.Everything was squished. I also order two chicken shawarma bowls that are pretty large bowls and a side order of falafels. Thefalafels were so tiny. They charged $5 for 5 falafels and they were the tiniest falafels I?ve ever seen. They were just slightlybigger than the size of $2 coin and they were incredibly hard and dried out. I called the restaurant and spoke to one of theowners. She told me to complain to Uber instead of owning up to their own mistake. If you?re charging top dollar for your foodat least have the decency to show some respect to the food you?re sending out. She should?ve used two bags and not just shovedeverything in one tiny plastic bag as if you?re sending food for a dog. At the end she didn?t apologize or anything. She justsaid ?next time I?ll use two bags for your order? that even with attitude. I then told her there would not be a next time.Horrible customer service and definitely not worth what you pay. Pretty disappointed, I had been going here loyally years ago. And with changes in management and pricing, it keeps getting... worse. The quality has gone down yet prices have gone up. Most recently, we got wraps that were noticeably smaller. The wrap wascold, we?re less than 10 minutes away. They didn?t grill any of the wraps. Now, they?re just missing the most basic thing thatit expected with every shawarma place. Read more
