Terrible customer service! I ordered a drink and bag of chips with my order and the cashier put them behind the counter while I... waited for my pita. Once it was made the worker moved on to the next customer so I politely asked if she could pass my drinketc. She rolled her eyes and then asked twice if this was my drink and if I paid for while giving me a dirty look. Has no oneordered a drink from here before? Did she think I was trying to steal a can of pop? Horrible horrible very horrible experience. They don?t deserve even 1 star. I usually go to pita pit on Mississauga RD on... Brampton but stopped in the one downtown today and I regret it big time. I walk in and it takes 2 minutes for the employees tocome in the front, no greeting, no sorrys for making me wait, just a stale ?what?s your order? like I?m bothering them. Iordered a chicken souvlaki and a smoothie. The portions in souvlaki were very little in terms of the meat they give you, and mysmoothie had frozen fruits that haven?t been blended in so I didn?t get my moneys worth. They rush you out of the restaurant ifyour order is finished and it wasn?t busy. It was not a heart warming nor welcoming experience. Management shouldn?t be justhanding jobs to people if they can?t serve the customers properly. I do not recommend at all. Please close this location down itdoes nobody in the world a favour. Got pitas and salad. A single salad cost $10 . It only filled half the bowl and what there was in the bowl was soggy. They put... onions and mushrooms in the salad that should have been in my gyro pita and i had to pick them all out before my daughter wouldeat it. Thumbs down!! Read more
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I am so disappointed with the service received from this location. I drove about... 30 minutes to go get a pita from this location. The hours of operation says 8pm close I arrived about 7:40pm and the girlworking at this location told me we are closed I won?t take your order. She gave me such bad customer service and the fact thatshe refused to make my order when the store was open. To be honest she just wanted to close early and refused any orders and Ifound that extremely unprofessional. Next time please change your hours of operation if the store closes early it will helpeveryone save time.
