If there was a 0 star they would get 0. I placed an order online at 4.43pm for delivery at 615 pm. Nothing came so I called... the store. The guy who picked up says you didn't order from us so call your store. My receipt says this store and was chargedalready on my card. Then i called again then i was transferred to someone and that person said we just got the order now. Suchnonsense.. such garbage customer service. I had a work meeting scheduled for this time which no one could enjoy the pizza asit arrived late. no sense of sorry no sense of any regard. no compensation given by the store. My best preferred & evergreen pizza store for specially "Indian Style" pizza...usually I drive all the way to Goreroad location... after leaving 10-15 pizza store behind only beacuse of their consistency of taste & flavor ????, time commitment...? & pocketfriendly price.... Was hungry and just wanted to get something and go back to the hotel that I was staying as last night we had the polar winds and... no fun to be outside. I lived in this area for over 12 years. This location Used to have good quality 5 years ago. But recently the place is complete... trash. No taste, fluffy dough, cheap ingredients. Wish old owners took it back. Sad Read more
