I work beside the Pizza Depot at 2060 Ellesmere Road Scarborough. And all week Mon to Fri no matter what time I go there is... never any pizza slices. Been 2 weeks now that I have tried and no luck. Most of the problem is because there is only 1 staffmember at any given time. Maybe having 2 would make a huge difference. Staff behind the counter always have an excuse why thereis never any slices. We ordered pizza online but they claim they never received the order. Although I got the message " Thank you for ordering from... pizza depot". After waiting for an hour we called the location but only to find out they never received any pizza order. The guyon the line was very rude and unprofessional as usually all the pizza depot customer service is. Not surprised at all frompizza Depot. Anyone ordering from Pizza Depot online MUST call to the actual location and verify if they have received yourorder. just FYI, we never received our pizza order ever. Last Friday we ordered at our corporate office and we ordered 1 extra large pizza that was veg, we had Paneer on it. The Paneer... was SOO burnt and it felt like eating little pieces of rocks. So as a normal person that has PAID for their pizza would callback and let them know about the mess up. I had a genuine disgusting displeasure of speaking to this person that calledthemselves a Supervisor.... "PREET KAUR" one of the most impolite, rude, disrespectful and unprofessional people that barelyknew any English, and who had the audacity to say I'm speaking "NONSENSE" she also had a very interesting solution to mycomplaint, which was take that pizza and go to the place where pizza depot made it and tell them to make you a new one. AND ontop of that when I tried asking to speak to a manager, she REFUSED saying im not gonna give you to a manager, what are you gonnado about it! Like WOW! The reason why im so disappointed in this service is that my friend used to own a store for Pizza Depotand they would never ever argue with the customer. They always tried to resolve the problem, back in 2011 and they were theleading pizza store in Mississauga. After last night, If I could give 0 stars I would. We registered online and ordered a pizza that we received an order... confirmation for, saying 20 minute pick up time. It was around 11 pm., and when we arrived the store was dark and locked uptight. Store hours are clearly posted open until 2 am. We checked the door and waited but obviously our confirmation wasuseless as the store was CLOSED. Thanks for wasting our money and time. Also, dont process orders if your damn store isclosed.
