Extremely bad experience. The cheese or the dough they used it tastes so bitter and not fresh. Have paid about $30 for such... pizza. Moreover the toppings are also not fresh. They took about an hour to deliver and the pizza was so cold. When I've calledthe store to tell them about such happening and explained it, they put the call on hold and nobody responded for a long time.Highly recommended not to order if you don't wanna spoil your evening. Hi there , I ordered so many times pizza from pizza FiammA never happend this before but this time when I’m so hungry then... ruined my mood completely after getting the toppings I didn’t want to … ordered pizza that costed my 41.50$ around 2am, Iordered 4 topping pizza : Shahi paneer, mushroom and halepeno, What I got in toppings : Shahi paneer, mushroom, halepeno, greenpepper and onions, I don’t like onions. That’s was such a really bad experience, look for other options if u don’t wantto waste your money. I recommend eat something else rather order from this pizza store unless you want surprising order thatmeans order get the order different from your expectations, they didn’t cared about my money 41$ means something to me. This location is horrible and avoidable. Every time Pizza has some unwanted toppings and today I got XL large pizza I found... plastic on pizza. It was sharp enough to get cut on tongue ????. Pizza is good when they want to make good pizza. Had a bad experience today with delivery taking an hour and and half, i told... them this means the pizza is going to come in cold and she said no it wont, long behold pizza was cold, they gave me a largeinstead of a medium and charged me for it as well!!! I would like to give them 3 stars for the food but 0 star for the service. Even if you confirmation receipt of extra large pizza... these guys gave us medium after 1.5 hr and said you guys are lucky getting pizza at 1.5 hr wait usually it's 2 hr right now isthis really the ans you expect i would say no. I ordered two poutine and the taste was horrible. They have one plate with half cooked fries and other with extra cooked fries... (burn). They fully ignored when we talked to them about the food and were really rude. Even the price was not worth it. I ratedthe customer service as zero. Recommend not to visit the place. Even the staff was arguing one by one and not ready to refundthe payment until and unless other customer standing beside us taste the food. Read more

Unbelievably horrible experience. They added toppings we didn't even ask for and they added coriander to the whole pizza for no... reason. Took an hour for delivery. And somehow the pizza was cold when it came. We called and asked for it to get fixed and theyyelled at us saying it's our fault, everyone loves coriander. We even went back to the store and they yelled at us for wastingtheir time and refused to refund or even make a new pizza. Worst experience ever in terms of pizza. Read more
