Called back delivery guy to clear my confusion about the pizza I received, she said that she will confirm with the store. Than... I receive a call from the store and the lady just starts confronting straight away without even asking what happened or myconfusion was or what I wanted to say. Not the right way to talk to customers. Occasionally ordered at this place for homedelivery, but not going to order again not because of tase or food but just because of the lady over phone. The pizza was so oily that US invaded my house. The sausages were burnt and there was no tomato sauce on the pizza. We also... ordered extra cheese and there was barely any. Stay away from pizza hut. The cheese filled crust is filled with a weird cheddarthat does not even go well with the pizza and leaks oil. The one star is for the garlic pull apart thingy. Hated this! Read more
I got two large pizzas, first they cut the pizza like a 2 year old. Actually, a 2 year old could have done a better job. Second,... this was a small/medium pizza in a large box. There was NO pizza sauce and they didn?t distribute the toppings appropriately. Ohalso, this was basically a bread. Not a pizza? would not recommend this location. Read more

In Brampton there are tons of Indian pizza stores but Pizza Hut holds a reputation and my kids like it. BUT I ordered a veggie... lovers here and almost half pizza was without toppings!! We ordered delivery from the McLaughlin location. The ?game time deal? firstly they noted my order down incorrectly when I... verified my order 3-4 times before ending the call. When I called back to let them know that a mistake was done and if theycould help me out. No one would accept any accountability. They blamed it all on the service center taking orders and said theytook my order wrong. I called service center they said we never took your order it was the sandalwood location, further I calledthem (sandalwood location) no one would take accountability for ruining my order. At the end of all of this all locations blamedeach other and refused to help me out when I tried telling them I have guests over to feed they said it was not their problemand that they could not do anything.
